Came in here to get a hat embroidered, was told it would take more than 2 weeks to have one word put on the hat, and then wanted me to sign a waiver that said if they messed it up or ruined the hat, I would not receive any compensation and they were required to fix it. Who would be ok with that?
So I asked if there was another embroidery place I could go to, and was told Embroidery Today, which is a block down the road.
They weren’t interested in my business and didn’t apologize for it.
