We were in need of a specific surgical dressing for my mom’s postoperative care. We called numerous supply co. panies and went on a fruitless rat race to find them. One supply store suggested Spectra Med. We called to see if the store stocked the supply and Daniel waited for us, despite arriving after closing. Additionally, he helped us rent a knee scooter for my newly broken leg, even coming out to the car to talk with me and recommending this specific support over more expensive items. He was helpful, accommodating, and pleasant in answering all of our questions. We appreciated all of his help!
