Nectars Wine Bar

Great place to have food, drinks, and cigars. This unique place has 2 sides. One seems more like a place to just go lounge and converse with another person, and the other is convenient and accommodating to large groups. Smoke is also only allowed on the lounge side, so if you want to avoid that, you can! There is an extensive wine and liquor selection, as well as a delicious menu (the food on it, not the menu itself). The service here is friendly and the chefs are talented. I could spend a night here formally with a significant other or casually with a buddy or 5. You’re welcome in advance.

This place is a HIDDEN GEM! The food is amazing — Their Filet, the mushroom crostinis and their greek salad are incredible. Drinks are great as well! The girls are always friendly and quick — Always an amazing time and super cozy atmosphere. One of very few places where you can enjoy a cigarette or a cigar inside or outside.

Weird. The whole place stinks like cigars. The drinks were ok… one glass of wine was skunky. There was no one, I mean no one, in the non smoking section.
I didn’t like it.

Spent a little time here after a party with a large group. We had a few drinks which were good. Service at the bar was good and the ambience was closer to that of a saloon. We had a good time.

This is a go to spot for any night of the week. The wait staff is really cool and down to earth and the food and drinks are perfect. This is a perfect date spot and a perfect spot to just hang out with with a group of friends. I would say that its a little dark inside but I don’t mind too much.
I have thrown birthday parties and and engagement parties at Nectars and they are really helpful and the prices were excellent.
If you want to go out for a few drinks and maybe a midnight snack or throw a party for a friend or family member, this is the spot!

I’ve been wanting to check this place out for a while & finally stopped in for a late night glass of wine. I had a glass of Sangiovese that was yummy. I didn’t look at the wines by the bottle, but what they sell by the glass is adequate & priced well. The staff is friendly & attentive but not annoying. It’s a cute quaint little bar and is surprisingly not pretentious. My only complaint is that it’s cold & a little dark… the dark is probably normal, I just prefer well lit warm places. They also have a nice little outdoor seating area. I didn’t try the food but will definitely be back to eat! Actually, I could see this becoming my new favorite hangout!

I love the food here. Huge portions with reasonable prices. I recommend the chicken kabobs or the hamburger. The music selection is great and the HDTVs have any game you need. Tina and Brooke serve the best drinks around.

This place has a great vibe with amazing wait staff Tina and Brooke making sure we are drinking the best wine in the house! Great option for cigar bar or non smoking if you wish, great music and you can request songs to make your night more enjoyable.
Servings are large and perfectly priced, great value! I’ll be back again

Horrible service. I’m not from Michigan. I went there with a few friends and family. We weren’t greeted with a smile, rather with rolling eyes! Ok, so we still stayed ordered dinner and drinks. Our group spent about $ 300-​$ 400 that night.
Sat at the bar waiting to get a drink… Waited and waited… 40 – 45 minutes later I raise my voice and ask the bartender if I can please order a drink, she said she’d be right with me. 15 – 20 minutes go by passing by a couple times and still didn’t take my order. WTF!!!
Yes, I’m a female, she was a female. A group of guys next to me were treated way differently. She flirted with them, laughed, joked. And our group still got rolling eyes and not even a smile.
Rude! Rude! Rude! Never have I waited an hour for a drink.
And, the only reason this place is getting 1 star is because I had no choice.
I wish we never spent any money there. It was not deserved for the poorest service

Its too bad I can’t give negative stars because this place SUCKS! The one star was unfortunately required.
I wanted to use my CA out-​of-​state ID to order a drink and they would not accept it because they «didn’t know what it looked like». Is that my fault or simply, your stupidity? The bartender and OWNER himself were both complete idiots who knew nothing about IDs and recognizing validity.
Next time you visit this business (if it even deserves that title) be sure to bring your own black light, passport, and birth certificate because apparently the staff/​owner are too dumb to know the differences between government issued state IDs.

This is a great place but small enough to enjoy the company of friends. Drinks are well made, prices are moderate, and they are cigar friendly!
The burger is HUGE for the $ 10 cost — The wine selection is vast with many new varieties.
The bar staff is attentive and always upbeat.
A great place to take a fine lady, sit at a small table and … Live — Love and Be HAPPY!!!
