McShane & Associates has turned our community, Meadowbrook Townhomes, around for the better and «righted the ship»! In less than a year, much needed building repairs and painting has been completed. Roads, walkways, porches and steps have been repaired or replaced, sump pumps in 177 units were inspected and 55 non-​working pumps were replaced, and this is just the beginning of bringing the level up from what it was when managed by the previous management company. The community was in severe disrepair and required the experience and expertise of McShane & Associates. We just had our best Co-​owner Annual meeting we have ever had since the community first opened 15 years ago. A wise decision was made to change management companies!
