I been there today, for the last day special offer with 125purcase get free bow bangle. the service is awesome, John is really patient, he has good taste also, he bring me and my boyfriend to look Hearts on fire, the diamond is really amazing and shinny, I love it .the owner is really kind, even though he knows about Chinese jewelry, that’s surprised me .When I need diamond in the future, I must ask my boyfriend go there:)

I was looking for some diamond earrings and did not know where to begin or what to expect. Spoke with Andy at Koehn & Koehn and 30 minutes later had a great birthday gift for my wife. Needed them that week and had them right away. Shopping for jewelry is not something I really enjoy or do very often quite honestly but I was treated fairly and honestly and now feel very good about the experience. Yes, my wife loved the gift. We had a great experience with Jake, one of the sales associates. My husband bought me a tennis bracelet for Christmas, and I wasn’t happy with it (long story… dont ask), so jake helped me pick out a new style. When the new one came in, I thought I loved it… for a day… I ended up scratching the bracelet idea all together and going for a necklace. Jake was patient and helpful, never showing his frustration. He worked hard to make sure I was happy and pleased with the purchase. And, I am very, very happy. Hoping for something nice for

I have always had fantastic experiences at Koehn & Koehn. The staff is very helpful (without being pushy)! They love to see their customers leave happy and know that we’ll keep coming back. We have worked with Jake multiple times and he is awesome. Andy really has put together an amazing staff overall! Koehn & Koehn has a great variety of jewelry in almost anyone’s price range. No need to shop around when this great store is around!
