I was having problems with the original washer I had purchased. As it turned out Maytag had changed the drum so the new rubber liner still leaked. Because they had come back a couple of times already, Jim O. replaced my machine after 2 years! Yes, replaced! He said if I don’t like this new one, he was going to be ordering a new drum for the old one and he would bring it back, but didn’t want me to wait. I love the new machine and all the improvements Maytag has made. Thank you Jim! It is still working like a charm!

We really wanted to buy from a local retailer and needed a frig asap. Spent 2 hrs here looking at them. Salesman was supposed to email us prices and specs. 4 days later, nothing. Called to make sure they had the right email address. Waited for them all day, but they never called or emailed the info. Ordered online from Lowes instead. BTW, they finally emailed that evening with all the wrong appliance numbers. Just for the heck of it, I entered those numbers in Lowes and Home Depot, and they were $ 300 to $ 400 higher for each refrigerator listed.
