When I was registering, the General Manager, Guy Fox, was very helpful. He held my room until I was sure I needed it. Clean, quiet, efficient, well equipped, great buffet breakfast, excellent snacks, Professional staff, computer available in lobby and Great WiFi coverage! Stay here, or waste your money elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Cute and quaint looking on the outside. It is right off the highway and easy to find and very close to the shopping centers in the area. My stay here wasn’t bad and it wasn’t super. The week before my stay(for a family wedding… pretty sure all guests in the hotel this weekend were there for the wedding…) the hotel suffered a fire in a guest’s room on the second floor. As a result, though the hotel was back open and meeting all health and safety codes, the first floor had many missing ceiling tiles and had much of the wall of the pool area covered in black plastic. And the third floor, where our rooms were, smelled kinda funky. The first night I shared a room with my cousin and her family. We slept on the pull out couch… which was surprisingly comfortable for a sofa bed. The ceiling fan in the room was absolutely silent!(do you think I could get my landlord to install some of those???) The second night I stayed with my sister in a different room. The beds were fairly comfortable. I was happy that this one was much farther away from the elevator though as the first night hall sounds made it quite difficult to sleep. The continental breakfast that was offered wasn’t too shabby! The check-in staff was friendly and courteous. Many thanks for the sewing kits! There was the breakfast lady who kinda just stood in the breakfast room, kind of in the way, just watching people eat, which was a little… weird? I don’t know… it stuck with me… When the hotel is mostly full, the breakfast room is cramped. Well, cramped is a nice way to put it. Like a can of sardines, is another. Not a bad stay. I’ve been to better mid-range hotels and I’ve been to worse.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway, never having been to a country inn we didn’t know what to expect but it was great :) walking in it was very clean and comfy looking, they have coffee, fruit and cookies available at any time of day. we also asked and got a deal on our room so we stayed in a room with a hot tub for $ 5 more than a normal room. they had a lot of channels on the TV and the shower had a changeable shower head which scores major points for me since most hotels have crap showers. the breakfast was awesome, we decided to stay for an extra night and they had different hot food everyday, the staff were very accommodating, we went to breakfast toward the tail end and the cook came out and asked if we wanted the hot breakfast since they had run out and she made some french toast just for us and brought it to us! there was also a small price difference on the bill which they quickly corrected. my husband and I signed up for the country inn-carlson card and have decided to try to stay at country inns in the future.
