Unfortunately my car broke down at a wedding outside of Saukville this past weekend. We were able to nurse it to AutoZone and hoped they had the parts it needed. It was not busy and the customer service associate did his best to try to locate the parts. However, they were unavailable at this location and one part was not available for order at any AutoZone. This particular location was well organized and tidy. From what I know and have experience with my car, most AutoZone parts come with a decent warranty. Some parts have a lifetime guaranty. Their prices are competitive and they have a good return policy as well. AutoZone is generally a one-stop shop for car necessities.

Going here twice in one day, both time I was skipped in line– they have very poor flow control. The cashiers didn’t seem to care. It was very frustrating since both times my wait time was quite long. The second experience was the worst I’ve had at an auto parts store. I got skipped by someone who wasn’t even in the store yet when I got in line. Once I finally got to a register to check out my one item, the clerk was so distracted by talking to other customers that he had to ask me repeatedly what I wanted(which was just to check out) and talked to some guy behind me, moving my wallet off of a reference guide on the counter to point things out to the other guy. I would have moved it myself if he would have asked, but he was barely bothering to acknowledge that I was there. I’d like to give these folks the benefit of the doubt and say they give priority to the pushy customers, but I got the impression that I was being ignored and seen as low priority because I’m a woman. But at least their prices on parts are low, I guess.
