Every time I’ve gone to this dentist I wait at least an hour. They actually left the room in the middle of my filling with the suction going in my mouth for 15 minutes. Avoid this dentist!

I loved my hygienist and dentist for the 3 years that I went here, but reception had always been a bit of an issue. I could handle the occasional rudeness and wrote it off as someone’s bad day, but when I showed up for my appointment on Memorial Day weekend this year, I was told I didn’t have an appointment and that my hygienist had already seen her last patient for the day. I produced my timestamped reminder postcard and cited the phone call I’d received the day before, but the receptionist was insistent that the hygienist would soon be leaving for the day and that I wasn’t in the system. By chance, my hygienist popped out into the lobby to file something, saw me, waved, and said something to the effect of «see you in a few minutes!» as she disappeared into the back. The receptionist then said that she’d try to fit me in as an exception. When I later thanked my hygienist for staying late for me, she seemed confused – turns out I’d been on her schedule the whole time. She joked that maybe the girls up front were trying to get a head start on Memorial Day weekend, as there’d been a lot of cancelations that morning, but I’m starting to wonder if that was less of a joke and more of the reality. Flash forward to today with a similar situation: I show for my 12:20 appointment, postcard again in hand, to be told that my appointment was at 12:10 and that there’s absolutely no way to fit me in today. Why bother with reminder calls and postcards when you’re just going to turn clients away when they show up at that time? Further, you’re going to shut me out when the discrepancy between my reminder card and what’s in your system is no more than 10 minutes and there’s a waiting room of empty chairs? I’m not sure if this is ultimately an administrative issue or something more central to this office, but it won’t be happening a third time.

We loved the practice before they were purchased by GE. The issue is the management /administrators. This is the second time I showed up for a 9:00AMET appointment and the office was locked and dark. I called from my cell explaining my displeasure. They never called me back. Needless to say, I am moving on. I rate their service a zero on a scale of one to one hundred. It is really terrible these dentist owned businesses are being bought up by big companies that simply only care about maximizing their profits. I will never give them my business again. Please beware.
