Franks Deli Plus

I love coming to Frank’s for breakfast. They make great egg sandwiches on seeded Kaiser rolls or fresh bagels.

I love this local Deli because they open early and stay open late. So even if its after 6pm I can still get some nice sandwich action happening.
I’ve never eaten in but they do have a nice array of tables & chairs with a TV to watch. Its actually very large & spacious inside which is good for the breakfast and lunch rush.
As I’m writing this I realize I have been coming here for years but I’ve never had any hot food here. It looks like it might be good. But I usually get the cold sandwiches. My favorite of course is the Italian Hero with Oil and Vinegar. They give you a nice ration of meat to cheese and Lettuce & Tomato to which I always add onions.
Overall a very good Deli and please come and visit. I know I’ll be back.

This was a quick «around me» search when we needed a deli to pick up sandwiches for a picnic at Belmont Lake State Park. Reviews looked good, figured sure why not– Unilocalers know their stuff. I was surprised how BIG this deli was, compared to mine in Jericho — seating area, little area for snacks or simple groceries/​BBQ stuff you may need, and obviously the deli counter. They have a TON of options (unique in name and toppings) spread across their menu board hanging above the deli counter– and apparently they have even more options than we saw up on the board. We decided to go with the «Soprano» and «Koona Matata.» The Soprano was good, but I highly recommend the Koona (one of the best turkey sandwiches I’ve had from a deli) because it had gouda cheese and chipotle sauce, how often do you see that? Yuuuuum. Reasonable prices too considering the sandwiches’ size. Great spot to get lunch, or before heading to the Belmont park.

Love coming here for cold cut sandwiches! Everything is fresh which is why the wait is so long. so I recommend coming a little early if you have somewhere to go after.

Franks is a great go to deli in the area. Our little area is overwhelmed w pizza. So the deli is a nice change.
Unfortunately joes is right across the street.
The sandwiches are good. Plentiful and made just how you order them.
I rarely see the hot food in there. Which must be there earlier in the morning.
And they changed the hero bread. Hero bread is a big reason why I will continue ur to go to a deli. If your bread is great I’ll be back. But hand me a hero on a plank of unflavored unfluffed hard cardboard you’ll never see me again. The bread is the best of the sandwich.
Salads are mediocre. They have an extensive drink selection which j love.
and the fact I can find the infamous wise cheeze waffies here in the chip section is great. If you don’t know what’s wise cheeze waffies are you need to go on a hunt and find them. And franks has them.

Pretty good deli. I generally go there for breakfast. They have a good food menu that are at decent prices compared to the other delis on that block. The only con is that the service is slow no matter how many people are working behind the counter. There is always a line. Try to go during non rush hours. In all it’s an exceptional deli. It’s my go to deli.

I stopped going here a few months ago. They used to be good, then they started messing up the orders. I’d rather go to a place that gets it right the first time.

Just ordered a couple of egg sandwiches for pick up. When I got them they were hot, fresh, and exactly as I ordered them. It doesn’t sound like much, but I really appreciate getting exactly what I ordered. Price is in line with other delis in the area.

Just as good as it gets! Stopped here on a whim and im sure glad I did! I odered the breakfeast special and the prices were very reasonable. Best hash browns I ever ate. They had many delicious coffee creamers to choose from and the line was out the door but went very fast. Thats great customer service to me because I know I hate to wait around in the morning to get my breakfest and then try to get to work. Stop in when ever you can you wont be sorry!

I have been to Frank’s a ton of times and they always provide great, fresh food every time. I don’t live local anymore but always make it a point to visit here every time I visit family. In fact, I sometimes order catered food to be delivered to my family for special occasions and they have a great variety of food and some of the best hero’s for parties. Basically, everything that a deli should be with attention to detail whether its an egg sandwich or trays of catered food, you know you’re getting some great stuff from Frank’s!

Top 10 delis on the island. If you’re a long islander and appreciate a good deli, this is the place to go. The best selection of cold cuts, drinks, snacks, etc. the sandwiches are out of this world, the salads are amazing, and the staff is great. There is typically a line, but it moves because they always have multiple people working. I HIGHLY recommend this deli.

The wraps are good but are HUGE. Egg sandwiches are pretty good but I don’t know why they put butter on the rolls before the rest of the ingredients? It doesn’t need butter.

I love this deli. They make the best sandwiches, everyone is very nice.

Looking for a good egg sandwich and some simple deli sammies? Get your a$$ here. The line moves quick and your deli fav’s are made well. Should you decide to go outside the box, well who knows what might come out. Lots of room, clean, a bit dated (aren’t most deli’s?) but a solid selection of coffee’s and refrigerated drinks to choose from. Also, check their specials. There’s always a meat/​cheese cold cut combo special of the week.

good not great. Standard Deli. The deli is good for sandwiches, good menu selection. I would give it 5 stars if this was true for the rest of the store. They have some random stuff from stuffing mix to kitty litter. A little bit of this, a little bit of that. Also, the place is a little dated and I wouldn’t go there for anything other than heroes, so minus 1 star.

What a deli should be!
I had been driving past this place for a while and always noticed the «specials» signs in the windows. I finally made it in there and ordered some breakfast and the place was incredible.
This deli has an incredibly efficient staff and a huge amount of stuff. The line is long but it moves because they have a lot of people behind the counter.
They have great deals on Boar’s Head lunch meats — you can get a load of cold cuts for like $ 9.99.
What could make it even better? They also have lotto machines there!
This place is tops.
