The girls that work here are super sweet but the ice cream is horrible. Soft serve vanilla is always like soup. The owner has no idea what’s on the menu or how to make any of it even with instruction. The teenagers that work there usually have to remake the order which slows down the already busy store. I live right up the block but I think I’ll be visiting the DPA location from now on instead.

Will not be going back. They did not have what was advertised. There chocolate soft churned was gritty. They changed owners and it has not been good ever since.

horrible staff, incompetent. I ordered a dasher which is layers of the syrup and Reese’s. I got vanilla icecream with hot fudge and peanut butter on top. Not layered at all. Took forever, had to go get more change which also took forever. I’ve been to other carvels that actually are efficient and friendly, also know what they have on there menu and know how to execute it correctly.
