I was new to the area. And my friend recommended me to go to this office An I absolutely LOVE it the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out within 40 mins. I’ve been to many eye doctors who rush u out and u feel as if they gave u the wrong prescription just to get to the next person. This was definitely not this type of office. Not to mention the stuff was able to help me find a pair of glasses that totally fit my fashion sense. Gladly going back!!!

I really wanted to give ZERO stars. This was one of the most mishandled and poor doctor offices I have visited since wearing glasses for over 25 years. I went for a check up to see my eyes and had issues with my prescription and received 2 different scripts from the office within a 6 month period. I decided to go to a different eye doctor who looked at the script that was «corrected» and they were saying how wrong the script was. The new doctor corrected the script and was able to get my glasses with the correct script.

When my insurance changed and I ran out of contacts, I was in a rush to find somewhere suitable for my annual exam. The Lenscrafters at The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel seemed like a great option since it was relatively close to my house.
The interior is similar to every other optical store I’ve ever been in. The lights are harsh and too bright, the staff was generally uninterested in most of the customers/​patients, and they pressure you to buy contacts or glasses while you’re there.
I was able to get an appointment the same week that I called, which was great. The wait time before I was seen was about an hour. I’m sure it was an exception, but the day that I arrived just happened to be the day where the machines weren’t working. Once I finally was taken back, I was moved between the two exam rooms a couple times and had to wait over an hour again just to complete my exam. I’m pretty sure that afterwards my prescription was written incorrectly as well.
For a one time visit, it wasn’t horrible. However, I won’t be returning for this year’s exam.

I’m now more than five months out from my original appointment, and I STILL have not received my corrected prescription. I remain shocked that this company can stay in business. The doctor’s incompetency, combined with careless service, has made transactions with this company most frustrating and unproductive. I do not recommend this eye doctor. If it were possible to give zero stars, I certainly would have. Commute the extra distance for the convenience of having the job done correctly on the first try. The time and hassle saved are worth it.

They are totally awesome at LensCrafters! Allison was super helpful and helped my boyfriend and I find some awesome new glasses! Great customer service and lots of frames to choose from.

I recently moved to Florida — and was apprehensive about finding a new Optometrist. (I’ve had eye problems since I was a baby. Had Strabismus surgery… and have had glasses with bifocals all of my life.)
I saw Dr. T Arciaga… He was wonderful! Very thorough! His staff is polite and very professional.
I’m impressed!
I’m so glad I have found an Optometrist that I can trust!

Top-​notch service, took my son in for some contacts and he was in and out in less than 45 mins! It was a busy day, so I was pretty impressed with the quality and efficiency of their customer service. My son had his eyes re-​examined, fitted for contacts and was even given a thorough lesson on how to care/​take on/​off his contacts! The technicians were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Highly recommend this LensCrafters for your eyesight needs!!!
