Serenity Dental

Both my husband and I have had terrific experiences here. After going to a different place first, we thought our work was going to cost almost $ 4k between the both of us. Found out it’s only about $ 2k and the other place was severely overcharging and taking advantage of us. We felt Serenity had a much more personal feel, they were all very friendly, and definitely make you feel comfortable during the work. We didn’t feel like they were money mongers at all, especially compared to the other place we went.

I am not a fan of the dentist. Then again I don’t think anyone is. I had went to this location a couple of years ago to fix a broken tooth (that had been bonded before, it just needed to be repaired). You can tell that they were merely there for the money and not to build relationships and ease the nerves of their patients.
I recently returned to this location with impacted wisdom teeth and was billed incorrectly because the Dr. considered it an emergency appointment even though I had made the appointment a week prior. I am still fighting this with my insurance company. I had asked the dental hygienist not to do panoramic xrays because my insurance only covered them once every 5 years and she insisted otherwise the Dr wouldn’t see me. So now not only am I charged for the visit but $ 150 for the pano’s. I was there for 2 hours because the dentist was back and forth to me and in the next room doing a wisdom tooth extraction. Which you could hear because there is no doors it is an open concept office. NOT something you want to hear when you are already in pain and nervous.
Note to self don’t go to dentists that have huge billboards on the main road. I won’t be back to this location because
