My Nail Spot

This was horrible just terrible time. I went to get a Pedi for my birthday this past Monday, I am tall so I asked to have the seat back the nail tech insisted I keep my chair pulled close to accomdate her, I asked her if she was comfortable she said Yes, I said well I’m not but guess she did not care. The water was cold in the tub. She cut me twice and filed so hard. I kept pulling back when it hurt she did not even acknowledge me. The worst gross part a baby roach crawled on me I jumped and slung it off me, again she acted like she did not notice. Then 2 and 3 more crawled out onto me from the chair I was sitting in (1^st chair left side of room) I finally screamed and told her look at them crawling she got up got a towel for my legs and picked up the roach with a cotten ball like it was the norm. I am now sitting in the edge of the chair purse hugged tight to my chest because I’m afraid of bugs crawling in my purse. I was stuck because half my nails are done. The moment she finished I got up and checked out. She had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to stay and let them dry. NO THANKS I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL ONLY TELL EVERYONE MY NIGHTMARE. The problem your staff doesn’t care therefore your establishment is a loss.

The nail tech rushed through my pedicure. I am there to relax and enjoy a good massage. Didn’t get that at all. The nail techs were constantly messing around with each other by pulling on each other or grabbing stuff from each other. Then my nail tech clipped the corner of my nail and yanked it. She made my toe bleed and it hurts. I definitely won’t be back.

I just had the worst pedicure I HAVE EVER HAD. I decided to get a pedi because I needed to kill an hr. Have u ever had someone give u a pedicure and barely look down at what they are doing? She tossed her tools around like it was KILLING her to be there. Not a relaxing experience. I would actually categorize it as somewhat painful and definitely stressful when the person is doing a horrible job, and u have to sit thru it.
