Forever 21

My daughter use to love them, until this major customer service #fail. She bought a pair of shorts, and had to deal with a guy who was to busy playing with his calculator to realize she was waiting on him, because she already scanned her card. She got home to discover the incompetent forgot to remove the security tag, that will ruin the shorts if she tries to take it off at home. When she called them, they recommended she bring them back, and they would remove the security tag. We live a 50 mile round trip away. The girl on the phone told my daughter, they would give her a 20% discount on any regularly priced product in the store, kind of like the 20% discount that is already on the receipt. Do they think she’s that dumb, or are they that clueless.
If you go there, just realize you better double check everything, because apparently their anti theft devices do nothing when you leave the store.

One of the bigger stores at Wiregrass, this store is two levels. I must have not been to Forever 21 in forever because I just noticed they also have a men’s section. That’s good, so my hubby and I both can go shopping.
The styles right now are blah to me. They remind me of my closest that I hated in the 80’s when I was in grade school. Seriously, it was like a big ol flash back thrift store. I didnt love it.
They also have hair accessories, Make up, perfume, jewelry, and any type of accessory that a girl would be obsessed with. So I can see how it would be fun to browse. Lots to look at.

The size of the store itself is pretty big with great selections in women’s, men’s, and plus size clothing. It’s clean and organized. The guy who helped me with my dressing room was wonderful, greeted everybody as they came in and was more than personable, as well as the cashier who was just as sweet and helpful. Awesome store overall!
