Family Care of Cypress Creek

I used like this place, and the doctors and nurses are friendly, but I’m now looking for a new doctor. Their front desk staff is rude, and tends to forget the reason for their job. When I’m calling because I need medical attention, I feel like assessing my level of need is imperative. Instead, I’m laughed at and told that they might be able to see me on Monday (today is a Friday). I could be having a stroke or something but I’ll have to wait until Monday? I understand they are busy, but appointments are scheduled with room for walk ins. At least letting me talk to a nurse would help me know if I should wait. Instead I’m told to go to a walk in clinic or the ER if I need to see a doctor. #donewiththisplace
