Chase Roofing

I have made an appointment with one of the contractors, because we have a roof that needs to be fixed. He seemed very nice when I spoke to him on the phone and we confirmed the appointment over text for a week later. We had an appointment at 2pm. He did not show up. At 3.30 I texted him, asking if something had happened. He texted back that he should have called, but he can be there in 20. At that point I was already disappointed in his unprofessional manners. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and agreed with the 20 minutes. Eventually he came another 30 minutes late. He looked at our roof and told us what needed to be done and he would send us a detailed estimate over the email. I never received an email or phone call or what so ever. I decided to have a different company check it out. They told us and showed us in detail what was wrong with the roof. They came up with way more problems than the contractor from Chase came up with. So this company is not only unprofessional, but they also do a sloppy job on diagnosing the problem. I will not recommend this company to anybody.
