Ordered thru drive up window, which took a long long time to get for during non rush hour. Ordered sweet orange chicken, which was small pieces n very tough, couldn’t even finish them. My side was brown rice, which was hard and dry. I expected steamed and moist rice. Really disappointed. Won’t go back.

As always excellent service and great food, server gave us an outstanding service I think this is a requirement thru the whole franchise…

Had lunch at PF Chang’s today. Around 1pm, it was still relatively crowded, but my family didn’t have to wait. For an appetizer, we split the lettuce wraps($ 10). The chicken is marinated well, and the dipping sauces were delicious. For my entrée, I ordered the Mongolian beef($ 17.50). It came with a side of white/brown rice and green onions. While it was pricey, the flavor was superb! I would definitely order again. Last comment is about their rewards program. The waiter insisted we should enroll because it’s free, and we were able to do so in seconds. After signing up, it appears that we get a free entrée every 2 – 3 visits(of course, that varies based on your personal/family spending patterns). Check it out for yourself. Enjoy :)

I came for dinner on Sunday and had an amazing dinning experience! I do recommended you sign up for the REWARDS and use the reservation option. I sid and I was seated quickly! our server was Kazzi, she quickly took our drink order and got the appetizers orders filled fast! Appetizer was chicken Satay.. I ordered the Sweet and sour pork with fried rice. I also recommend the chocolates cake and share it with someone. Best service of the day! thank you Kazzi!

I will never ever ever come back to this place again. The food was horrible. I have seriously had better dumplings from HEB. Their lettuce wraps were so salty and disgusting, my child would only eat the plain lettuce leaves. We ordered the honey crispy chicken which was soggy and had no taste. You can get better Asian food at the food court. We got their specialty noodle dish and it had no taste of curry. They threw a bunch of green onions on top that were wilted and brown. And the tomatoes were raw. It was HORRIBLE. Words can not convey how overrated this dreadful place is. To make matters worse the restrooms were so disgusting and dirty. There was no toilet paper in any of the stalls, tampon wrappers all over the place and paper towels all over the floors. I don’t care if it is a busy Saturday night… there is no excuse for such unsanitary conditions. I want my money back.

My kids favorite and my husband also because of the value! Delish! You will never leave I satisfied! Great customer service! If something if to spicy the will fix it right away! This place gets packed– so be-warned! You may have to wait for there goodness! I suggest — dynamite shrimp, lettuce wraps, chomping with chicken and veggies ! Don’t forget wong tong soup. Also don’t leave without getting banana rolls for dessert ! Enjoy

Pretty standard for PF Chang’s. Decent service, OK food. The egg drop soup was the best part of the meal by far– great flavor. We ordered the gluten free lettuce wraps and chicken fried rice after that, both of which were so-so. The lettuce wraps just didn’t have a lot of flavor, and the rice was pretty dry. Overall, not bad, but not anything special.

The service 5 stars, the food fresh overall — except for salads and pad thai — 4 stars… but when it comes to this location the temperature is freezing cold reason why I am rating this place with 3 stars or below.

REDEMPTION! PF Chang’s is back to being great! We came back because corporate found out about our unfortunately bad experience last week. They reached out to me and apologized and gave me a little incentive to go back. So we came back and it was great! The server(Uriel) was spot on, never missed a beat! The food was delicious and they even made my favorite dish(Moo Goo Gai Pan) even though it’s not on the menu anymore. They earned my business back!

The quality has been consistently and considerably decreasing in the last 6 months. Tonight my rice was not cooked properly(yes, I do know the difference between al dente and underdone) and was crunchy. The dish was also not flavorful which is certainly a departure from previous visits. Maybe is this the reason for the parking lot and restaurant being nearly empty at 7:30 when all the other restaurants in the plaza were full. The saving grace was that the server was nice and the wine was decent.

This place just needs help… I have eaten at more than my fair share of PF Chang’s and this reminds me of a hotel that was sold and they change one letter on the sign to change the name. This place is just that sad. The food was«meh» but the service is pitiful. The waiter knowingly served me a soda without carbonation and when I called it to get attention she said«I know». Who does that? Skip this place… Better luck at a dive Chinese restaurant!

The food was great, small portions as they are typically known for. Was at the bar waiting, the drinks are not that great, stick to bottle beer. The food and service were very good, we will be back, I wish they would give larger portions though.

It’s been a while since I’ve dined at Chang’s and I was not disappointed! The new lighter appetizer menu is amazing. Kale & quinoa dip is wonderful with the garlic, shallots & hint of cumin blended in the perfect amount of yogurt. My new favorite!!!

The portions are quite small. I ordered dinner portions of the chang’s spicy chicken and Kung pow chicken. Both were okay… A bit salty. Both were battered and stir fried in sauces. They do give you the option to have brown or white rice. Service was also a bit slow considering that it wasn’t busy at all. I saw my serve maybe 3 times. :/ Lunch ends at 4 pm. And they also have happy hour with a few appetizers half off.

Service should begin with the person seating you. Our experience here was not great. First, on a slow night our party of 5 took a while to seat. Second the lady who seated us was rude and you can tell she didn’t enjoy or didn’t respect her job. Other than that our experience was okay. However service should start from the moment you step in the restaurant. I wouldn’t care going back to this restaurant.

Did take out today. The good: whoever answered the phone was friendly and helpful. They offered curbside service which was a nice lazy option for us. The food was ready when they said it would be. It was packaged well with chopsticks, forks, knives, napkins, ect. Threw in single use plates also. The young lady brought out the food to the car and was also very friendly. The«ok»: take out calamari was a bad idea. Perhaps it was crispy when it was cooked, but when I got to it it was not at all crispy. We had a 15 minute drive before we could dive into our dinner. The Mongolian beef was oddly a little sweet. The crispy honey chicken was mediocre. Again, this was take out. So if you are going in for a sit down your experience may be much different.

Went to PF Changs today. Pros: I love the lo mein & it keeps me going back. The rest of the food is good too, of course. The staff at the bar is really great & the hostesses were really nice too. Cons: This location is usually packed, but I usually sit in the patio or the bar to avoid the wait. Another con: lots of crying babies today, so if you’re not into that, you may not like this family-oriented place.
