I have to say, I understand it’s a chain and my Italian friends have scolded me for liking it(supposedly not authentic), but I’m a fan. Their food is simple and consistently good. It’s a great place to come with both(non-Italian) friends and family.

We were offered a wine sample after we got seated, which was cool. Neither one of us cared for their white zin. Our waitress was attentive and very friendly. The food was good but I threw most of my salmon away. It didn’t seem to taste that great, but it wasn’t awful either. I would probably just go back for their soups. The berry spritzer tasted watered down and even adding a shot of tequila didn’t help. The sangarita was to die for tho!

We were seated right by entrance to where waitstaff goes to get food, etc. Our short, older, weird-faced Hispanic(?) waitress was ok enough to begin with, but always seemed to be frustrated whenever we asked any questions, or asked what something meant. We could see the other section was being seated after us, and the male waiters were bringing their customers breadsticks and their beverages long before we ever got ours. After a long while, we finally got our salad, breadsticks, and soup. We wanted butter for our breadsticks, and for the whole rest of the meal, she never ever looked our way when going back and forth into the service bay while servicing her other customers. We ended up having three other waiters helping us get butter, drink refills, doggy boxes, napkins, and salt. We were happy with our food. Chili soup, dinner salad, a pasta dish, and a chicken dish, each with the spaghetti to go dish. Our waitress brought us our separate checks, and only then did she say«I want to make sure I am here to help you.» !!! ha ha ha! Only when she was expecting a tip was she there to help us!!! I ended up tipping on the side the female who graciously helped us without a problem when our short weird-faced waitress was always ignoring us. My advice is, if you get the short female older waitress, get a different table and waitstaff.

It’s Olive Garden. Nothing especially good or bad. Don’t order the berry Sangria. Tastes like they made it with Kool-Aid. Otherwise a consistent serving of typical Olive Garden fare and hospitality.

Best Olive Garden in the Rio Grande Valley. It is the newest restaurants of the ‘valley’ locations. It is very clean. The staff is always friendly. The parking lot is well lit and seems to secure/safe. It is located near one other store so there always seems to be plenty of parking. It is right off I the Expressway US83/I-2. The only Time this restaurant is super busy is when all the winter Texans are in the valley. In the last I only had one issue, I was served frozen/cold food. The manager cMe immediately after I brought it to the waiters attention and I was bit charged for the meal.

Good food, good waiters, sometimes free samples of wine! I don’t really come to Italian places too much but Olive Garden is always pretty good. So far at this location I haven’t had ANY problems. The waiters and waitresses have all been friendly and nice. The food is good and no problems with it. Granted… it’s no Milanos! But it’s pretty good.

Food was good but not great. Service was subpar to say the least. My 1.5 year old son and wonderful mother didn’t get their food until after I was finished. We asked for the manager to complain and he did go far beyond the call of service to rectify the issue. He took care of the entire meal and apologized — all we wanted was our little one’s meal to be taken off! Kudos to their management team for keeping their customers happy! I couldn’t help but smile after that.
