Wish I could give no stars. Absolutely unprofessional owner. No customer service. I tried to get a refund for $ 21.68 for inaccurate billing, and owner would not refund my money. He resorted to name calling and saying that I can’t afford to pay my bills. All this after I was a member for 2 years. Would never go back even if it was free.

I have joined several gyms over the years going back as far as balleys, and I can tell you hands down this is the best gym out there. The place is spotless clean with great atmosphere. The front desk is super nice and informative. The instructors are great. They know how to motivate you on a positive level without pushing you too far. Everyone there knows your name when you walk in the doors It is more costly than a chain gym, but you get what you pay for and there are no hidden fees like many gyms. The hybrid training is a great program that will get you results. This gym is not for the maybe want-​a-​be that will only workout for few weeks, but at same time you don’t have to already be in great shape to start. I haven’t touched a weight in a gym in 10 years and they knew how to ease me back into routine. Never felt judged once. And I don’t know about the other reviewer but I was in a hybrid class and it was full of females and the ones who were doing it for a while were doing circles around me. If you are serious about getting fit and have heart and determination, they can help you with the rest. Highly recommend.
