It’s your typical Olive garden. We had decent service when we went.

We got here at 7:50 pm. on a Saturday night and you would have thought they were closed for the night. It took a whole 2 hrs. for our party of 8 to get served with DISGUSTING food. They were out of soup I ordered but I was not told that until after most of my party had finished most of their meals. When I did get served, it was cold(they defrosted it the waitress told me). I tried another soup and it came out the same way. I quit after two defrosted bowls of YUCK! My son’s lasagna was so small he had it gone in 5 bites, my daughter-in-law’s plate was so over seasoned we sent it back, and so on and on… We complained to our waitress(she was VERY apologetic) she said her MGR. was too busy to come to our table as she asked them to with so many complaints but he was aware of our problems. WOW! What wonderful service… NOT!!! Needless to say they will not be on our list of places to go to eat EVERY again… I can get better frozen food from Walmart

So i go in for lunch and service was fine nothing great but not bad and i order a ravioli. Same one i order all the time. Its terrible smooshy and seems either that it was frozen and thawed out and maybe refrozen. I sent it back and ordered a spaghetti with meat sauce to go. I get home and theres barely any sauce. SERIOUSLY??. I paid for the meal– at least make it right. Im attaching a picture of it. Not even half cup sauce. I mean its already bad enough their food is pre made but they cant even do thst right.

I’m giving this 3 stars instead of 2 because our waiter the other day was one of the best I’ve ever had. We ordered flatbread the other day and it was really flavorless. Today we ordered to go and got the duo, both of us got the same — chicken and gnocchi soup with a mini pasta bowl of fettuccine Alfredo. The soup which I love, had one potato or gnocchi chunk, whatever those are called. My mother had none in hers. The pasta was so bad I couldn’t eat it. Flavorless and the breadsticks were hard and seemed old. I like the soup so much… But other than that, I wouldn’t even bother.

Went here for a valentine’s day dinner with my boyfriend. Everything was delicious and the service was better. Our waitress Courtney was polite and promt. I like this resturaunt. As far as the cleanliness is concerned it was clean and the wait was long… as to be expected on valentine’s day. We will be back

We have a large family by today’s standards. 5 kids, all 8 or younger. Its difficult to go out to a «sit down restaurant» without the kids acting up a little. There’s a waitress at this Olive Garden named Angelina. She hails from a large family herself and understands our plight. She makes our experience comfortable which is huge! Too many times we’ve had waitresses/waiters that made us feel like we shouldn’t be going out. How do we train our kids to act in a restaurant if we don’t go out? Not only do I strongly recommend this restaurant but also ask for Angelina!!! She deserves every tip that comes her way!

This Olive Garden has really improved in 2014. Each time we go, the orders are properly prepared and very flavorful. The waitresses are great and so is the Mascato.

My dad and I spent the night in Wentzville earlier this week on a cross-country road trip. Olive Garden isn’t the fanciest or most authentic choice for Italian, but it was a walk across a field from the hotel, and unlimited breadsticks sounded pretty good after twelve hours in the car. You have to give Olive Garden points for reliability. Their salad, while uninteresting, is always tasty, and they put something addictive in those breadsticks. Ordering the spicy calamari was a mistake, but my braised beef and tortellini was tasty– the beef tasted like pot roast but the mushrooms were excellent– and my dad said his chicken marsala was pretty good. The quartinos of wine weren’t a bad deal, and our waitress was friendly. I’m sure there’s more interesting options in Wentzville and especially in St. Louis, but if you just want something filling within range of I-70, Olive Garden’s not a bad way to go, especially with the added bonus of extra breadsticks for the road.

Well my first and last experience with this location was that I ordered four dinners meals to feed my family. After they got the order incorrect along with the time it was going to be ready, they apologized to me and offered me a discount on the meal they got incorrect and I paid. The manager came out from where she was, then requested the server to come tell me that i still had to pay for the meal and it was decided to NOT give me the discount. Hmmm, an apology discount was good until she saw the color of my skin perhaps lol. Anyway, at the end of the day my money is GREEN and it’s ACCEPTEDEVERYWHERE! LMAOTHEIRLOSTMYGAIN because I know how take my business elsewhere!

This evening I was in the mood for Olive Garden. It was just me – rest of family traveling this week. The restaurant was a bit busy when I arrived but the bar area was empty. Since it was just me I thought I grab a quick dinner at the bar. Sat down and gave bartended(who promptly disappeared) my order for icetea. The tea arrived from a different waiter about 10 minutes later. This guy plopped it down and took my order and quickly departed. No sweetner in site. I asked the hostess who was gabbing to a couple of waiter for splendid. Salad arrived about 10 minutes later. Waiter put plates down and salad and again, quickly departed — drop and dash. This time no napkin, eating utinsils or salt and pepper. Again asked the hostess for some. She promptly disappeared and took(5) minutes to get a fork. Salad was completely soaked in dressing. No crunch just drippy mess. Manager comes over and asked if there was something he could do. I said no. I just would not leave a tip. The guy gave 50 excuses and didn’t want to drop it. Finally had to say — its fine, just let me eat. Dinner finally arrived — Chicken Scampi. The chicken was prepared well but was sitting on top a flavorless dry bed of spaghetti garnished by three semi-raw bell pepper rings. All in all a very disappointing dining experience. By the way — the restaurant did offer to comp my meal — however I chose to pay. I did not however leave a tip.

Great place to eat, food is awesome. Service it’s always friendly and prompt. The wait time can be a little annoying for a seat, but they have a great bar that helps you forget how long it’s been.

My family and I went here recently for dinner. We’ve been here several times. It’s always good. We did order the spicy calamari and cherry pepper appetizer. It was good just not what we expected. The picture looked more spicy and colorful than the food did. Service was very good.

My boyfriend and I went for lunch about a week ago! Angela was the bartender and she was fabulous! She gave us the best service that we have had in a while! The food was awesome, as usual! However, this will now be our new olive garden in comparison to the one in St. Peters. Great experience!

I have been to Olive Garden several times and I have never noticed how salty their food is. On my last visit I ordered the«Tour of Italy» and I’m not sure if it was because of the time we went(9:30pm) or I have noticed it before but WOW was it salty! Sometimes as the busy weekend nights start to trickle down, the sauces have always been sitting in the wells for a cpl of hours someone still needs to check the quality. Reduction intensifies flavor so sauces being held need to be diluted throughout the night. I’m sure that this was the problem, I’ve never experienced this problem before. As far as service, wow! or should I say WHOA! The server we had was just too friendly and is serving partner was VERY inappropriate and as unprofessional as she could get. I felt sorry for the table she was servicing, it was someones birthday and made each visit more awkward then the prior. At one point she was talking to another table over her guests through the partition window. VERY weird! As for our server he was good, not very attentive but recovered well. You can tell it was late because the staff you can tell just wanted to finish sidework and leave. Overall Olive Garden always offers a clean look and decent service but I would say that the floor manager needs to spend time on the floor and do their visits even if it is closing time.

Typical chain. With few choices in the Ville it is a nice option. It’s usually quick and hot. Too bad all of the homecoming kids in my daughters party got sick from the food. Not sure if I will be brave enough to go back.

Went in at noon with a party of 12 men known far and wide as the ROMERO club. They were ready for us. One table seated all in comfort. The waitress was attentive and there when any of us needed her. The soup, salad and bread guy’s got all that they could eat and their choice of as many different kinds of soup refills that they wanted. I had Pasta e Fagioli, Eggplant Parmigiana and Spaghetti with Marinara. Beverage today was ice tea since I was a driver. I have always been very happy with the wine here on prior occasions. The bread sticks were just OK. I should of had a really good Italian bread with this meal. All in all it was a darn good meal.

I have eaten at this chain across the U.S. and found some restaurants to be quite good, almost to the point of making me forget they were chain restaurants. Most are mediocre and this particular restaurant is a cut below that. I been to this one six or seven times in the last couple years because it is convenient and the food can be good. However, most of the time there is some issue. The endless salad is served about 1⁄3 bowl at time so you have to ask continually for more and the return serving is slow in arriving. The same with the bread sticks. The entrée is usually OK, but not special, and sometimes not what was ordered. They are usually busy(not many choices in Wentzville apparently) and so the wait staff are anxious to push the customers through the assembly line and out the door. While this place probably won’t kill you, if you crave Olive Garden cuisine as I sometimes do, there is a much better one in St. Peters, just another 15 minutes down eastbound Highway 70.
