I’ve made so many calls that have not been replied to I can’t even count. How do you do business and ignore your customers calls! So frustrating.
They were very responsive when I was purchasing and called many times to get paid. Even asking to be paid the last installment before the pool was installed per our contract. Now that I’ve paid and the pool isn’t finished they won’t return my calls.
I’ve heard from people in Chelan that I should have bought from Tony at Palazzo Pools in Chelan.
