Saw Dr. Ruckman twice about two weeks apart. His demeanor and complete lack of compassion is appalling. He raised his voice to me, indicated my concern about my illness was not relevant, cut me off mid sentence, and eventually refused to treat me without weeks of testing while I was violently ill despite having a diagnosis from another doctor.
It appears he is just putting in his time until retirement and doesn’t have any concern about his patients or their well being.
Avoid seeing this doctor if you can.
I am currently in a dialogue with the hospital regarding my experiences with Dr Ruckman.
