This place is awesome! Reasonably priced, huge helpings and great service. We ordered the Torta La Mexicana and the the Torta Chahutemoc Blanco and the kids ordered chicken quesadillas and breakfast… everyone was full and very satisfied.

I just ate here for the first time last night and I was first impressed by the superb customer service. The menu is small, but adequate [although they will be expanding with breakfast items] and the torta loca I had was filling and had great flavor. Same with the huge coconut smoothie! Two of us ate dinner [same items] and we had ¼ left over for each of us for breakfast this morning, all for $ 22. We’ll definitely go there again!

Friendly service and deep fried ice cream that is EVERYTHING!
Got the breaded steak torta and it comes with a pile of jalapeños on the side — so awesome! The torta was good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but that’s because I’m partial to bread that’s not as thick, and carne asada meat (not available here) and inclusion of shredded lettuce and more mayo in my torta.
Looking at the menu, this restaurant clearly specializes in tortas. There is also a small menu of one kind of tacos, enchiladas and flautas — so something for everyone. There wasn’t cabbage salad here (my latest obsession) but was given a recommendation for another restaurant that specializes in it (restaurant is called Ay Caramba).

I think I have found my new favorite place in town! Granted, I didn’t think much of it at first. It’s in a bad location, kind of hard to get to and in a bad part of town. Wasn’t sure what to expect. I was amazed! They have the best, most unique tortas around. They’re huge too! The first time, I had to take half home, a rarity for me. So far I’ve had the Cuban and the Hawaiian. Left happy both times. The place is clean and quiet and the family that owns it are very friendly and inviting. I suggest giving this off the beaten path place a try. The only bad thing is now I crave it all the time!

I love these tortas!!! My favorite is The Mexican… It has just about everything on it! It is big fresh and delicious. The place very neat and clean with a cool décor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is kind of out of the way but definitely worth the trip!

Delicious tortas! I got the Torta Ahogada and it was amazing and incredibly filling. My boyfriend and I walked out of there having spent under $ 20 and we were both stuffed and satisfied. A great value with friendly staff!
