My husband ordered me a diaper bag online from FMNK as a «push present». He ordered the right design, but I had wanted a different style of bag(the one he bought was really big and I’m a «fill all the space you have» type of person. We wanted to exchange the bag we had for a different style. At first we were disappointed that we couldn’t reach anyone on the phone and didn’t get an email reply, but we re-sent the email and got a quick response from them. Although their return policy on their website states a 7-day return/exchange policy, they were happy to work with us and even refunded the difference to our credit card! I give them a 4-star because it was a bit tough to get in touch with them, but once we did, they were more than happy to work with us and they even sent the new bag priority!

What a treat! I hoped they would be good… but they’re GREAT! I ordered online, requested 2 – 3 day shipping and my daughter’s dress arrived THENEXTDAY! The dress is in perfect condition, was packaged carefully, priced competitively and we’re just tickled that it all happened so fast. The dress was a tiny bit different than the picture online but our experience with customer service more than made up for it. We actually knew this might happen. The exact type of petal(we bought a dress with removable flower petals in tulle) sent by the manufacturer is apparently not guaranteed. But you can add your own flowers(isn’t that genius!?) so it’s no big deal. When I called ‘Forget me not’ about the petal discrepancy, they were incredibly understanding, helpful and quick to let us know that they would give us our money back if we weren’t completely satisfied. Good work Forget me not! There are online retailers out there who offer the same product for more money and they have notoriously terrible service! I hope everyone starts turning to you for an easy flower girl(or communion, or ???) dress buying experience!
