What a joke of a restaurant this place is. The waiting staff treat you as if you were their«buddy». Showing little respect and total absence of good manners. As to food, I tried this place for late breakfast. Should have gone to McDonalds instead. It would have been cheaper and better. In addition to finding a piece of hair in my French toast, I was absolutely disgusted by the dirty plate on which my food was served. Initially I thought the plate was simply old and worn, but after rubbing the plate with wet napkin, I realized how dirty the plate was. I even had a little demonstration for my waiter who did not appear to have been surprised by what he observed. In conclusion, I hope to never have a need to come back to this disgusting place.

Moved to Wenatchee back in October, and FINALLY checked out this place with some friends. I think the only way you could be disappointed with this place is if you were expecting a fancy steakhouse, with modern décor… But with a name like«Buzz Inn», I personally wasn’t expecting much beyond normal diner fare. On Sunday nights, they have 50% off their dinner entrees. I literally just ate a steak for $ 9(plus a beverage and tax) that would normally cost me $ 25 at Sayler’s in Portland, Oregon. PLUS, the beef is mid-west cornfed… Which I would guess is the most tender and flavorful meat in the valley. I’ve had the privilege to eat at award winning steakhouses in the mid-west and south, and I would rank this right up there with them as far as steak quality. Not even kidding! We will most definitely be back.

Horrible food! Potatoes & vegetables came back cold. My husbands steak was ordered medium came out blue… gross. The only good food was my kids mini corn dogs. Do not go to this restaurant. Informed waitress and she was oblivious. Disappointed east Wenatchee is a lot better.

Buzz Inn is a our good old standby when my mom and I travel together. We always enjoy a steak dinner and the Texas toast is amazing!

If you are in the parking lot reading this review, drive away and find somewhere else to eat. «Chicken fried steak» bought here doesn’t contain any steak. It has ground beef with filler, and no meatlike flavor, texture, or even appearance. Calling it «Salisbury steak» would be charitable. «Butter» that never came near a cow. Chowder that comes out of a can. Go to the liquor store down the street and spend it there — you’ll feel like you walked out with more nutritive fare. Or, just hand your money to a homeless person. You’ll feel good about yourself. The fries were okay. So was the service. I wasn’t very pleased.

So I’ve come here so many times but the last time I was here I was served by the managers daughter, who when we complained to the front that she never refilled our drinks and was very rude, she made a point to tell us who she was over and over and over… so I gave it another change. Never got our apps and after asking for the 3rd time, when we got our food, I was informed that«i don’t know who took that for you but I’m not showing any apps.» After the 3rd time asking! They got an order wrong, my daughter’s french toast had black olives cooked onto the bottom and my prone rib came out luke warm. Yes I know they were busy but seriously. It was terrible service.

I previously gave a great four star review. My daughter and I came for dinner and had great service and great food so I went back with my girlfriends for lunch. I told them that they just had to try this place because it’s was so great and the service was so friendly and prompt. Totally different experience. Our waitress was very testy and didn’t come back very often. Our waters ran out and no one was around to get us more. We couldn’t even ask for more because literally we hardly saw her. My steak came which I ordered medium rare and it was well done and again I could not send it back because she left and didn’t come back until I had almost eaten my whole meal, when she finally returned I told her and she said,” yea, they have a hard time cooking the small weight steaks right.” Funny thing is that I ordered the same thing last time and is was cooked perfectly. Maybe it’s better to come here for dinner and not lunch.

I do like this place. Whenever hubby and I go out we try to enjoy something different each time but there are times we don’t want to get dressed up and we just want comfort food, cheap well drinks and pull tabs… so we end up at the Buzz Inn a lot! We always sit in the bar and either have a salad and Happy Hour half price wings(and always half price during Seahawks games) or go for a steak or the meatloaf. Both are great choices but I prefer the meatloaf. what can go wrong with meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy? I even won 200 $ on a quarter pull tab! The wait staff is great and I have never been disappointed. This is my ‘fun place’ to go. Buzz Inns are a chain so the meatloaf you get in Wenatchee isn’t the same as it is in Ellensburg… still very tasty!.. and still a GREAT staff! I will do a separate review for the Eburg site.

Horrid meal, absolutely horrible. I would give the place zero stars were that possible. Dinner on a weekday evening. This is a steakhouse(allegedly) but as I was more seeking comfort food than a slab of cow flesh, upon hearing the nights’ special was meatloaf, I decided to go for it. If there is anywhere that should put on a good meatloaf, it is a steakhouse. After this meal, I doubt there is a place that could have put out a worse meatloaf. First up was the«salad» which comprised some nearly-frozen iceberg lettuce swimming in melt water, with a few cheddar cheese shreds on it. At least the dressing was on the side else it would have been cold salad soup. Shortly the main course arrived; not a meatloaf but a meat PILE. Any loaf appearance died somewhere along the way, as the serving disintegrated completely.(In hindsight I suspect it was dropped in the kitchen and put back on the plate) While flavor of the meatpile wasn’t bad, it was lost under a drowning wash of canned salty gelatinous brown gravy. The same brown slime covered instant«mashed potatoes» which were seemingly mixed to be as tasteless and toothless as possible. While the waitress Alli was nice and personable, she could not begin to make up for the mistake of eating here. Also: the vibe in the place was weird: A front bar-lounge room with what I’m sure was the same people that had been drinking there for 30 years, a dining room with what appeared to be people who usually ate at Perkins, and a back sports bar with rednecks sucking Bud LIght. The place appears to have last had a remodel about 1985, a clear sign — with the drive to keep food costs low — that they are sucking every dime from the operation possible. Price for this«special» tragedy? $ 10. They cleared $ 9.50 on it easily.

Great place. Went for breakfast. Won’t leave hungry here. Food was great, as well as the service. Clean, and fairly quiet. Highly recommend.

The food was reasonably priced. I had garlic prawns, watched the Seahawks and had a great time. This restaurant has two bars.. one is a little more like a sports bar.. the other more relaxed. Lots of seafood, steaks and burgers. Breakfast served all day! Good service! Kids eat free on Sunday 5p to close!

Service is good and friendly for the most part. Food is decent, not great but the value is there for the price. Can get a little dirty during rush hours.

Hands down one of the best seasoned steaks I’ve ever had. I only ordered the steak sandwich, it was soo good I didn’t even bother with any condiments. Good Job. Waitress was attractive, funny and an all around good server. I’m definitely coming back to this place next time I’m in the area.

Great local place. I only come here when in Wenatchee for business. Friendly ladies working the bar section(s). Food is decent, usually a friendly local crowd. 2 beers and a big burger and out for less than $ 20. It’s nice to find the guaranteed spot when traveling for business

Worst place ever, walked in, no one around, went to the bar there were several people there with drinks in hand and the bartender said they were closed. I really just wanted to have one beer but with service like that I’ll never return. This is typical bad service that I’ve come to expect.

This place has never impressed me much as far as food goes. It’s one of those places that I constantly try to find a default dish that I can fall back on in case I’m forced to dine there. I have always been disappointed in the food I’ve ordered, mediocre at best and a bit on the pricy side for the quality and quantity of food your getting, but I would still pick Buzz Inn over Applebee’s any day. On the plus side, the Buzz Inn has a great atmosphere, drink specials and weekly dinner specials. It’s a good place to meet for drinks or happy hour and hangout with friends or a group. The staff is very friendly and so are their patrons. So with that said, I now need to eat some crow. Buzz Inn, I take back what I said about not being impressed. I have found the burger for me, The Chicken Fried Steak Burger! YES, it’s as good as it sounds(check out the pic below). I am a huge Chicken Fried Steak Fan and a Burger fan as well, so the two of them together, seriously, the best thing since Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups! Experiencing this mouthwatering collision of Fried Steak and Burger toppings(I suggest, add Bacon!) left me wanting more after the last bite! I highly recommend you give this a try!

Poor service, takes way too long to get food, about an hour to receive egg, ham and hashbrown, inexcusable. Quality of food is also awful for such long wait. Avoid this place because it is not worth your time to be wasted.

Every time I’m in Wenatchee, I make sure to pay a visit to the Buzz.(Yes, I also go the Windmill every trip too, but that’s for a completely different experience.) For the price, the food is awesome. Many a long work day has ended in the lounge, enjoying decent chow, stiff drinks, and friendly service. And I always sit in the lounge instead of the main dining area because there is actual table service in the former and none in the latter. If you’re visiting the area, and are the type of person who needs the comfort of familiarity and mediocrity when you dine, by all means, go to Red Robin or Applebee’s or even Taco Bell. But if you want something that is unique to the area, and doesn’t gouge your wallet, you have to hit the Buzz. Definitely get all the toppings for your baked potato. Try the all-you-can-eat taco night. And pay a visit to the both bars. Yes, there are two separate bars. I’ll upgrade my rating from 4 to 5 stars as soon as a bowling alley is added. This place screams of being a bowling alley diner, and that only serves to intensify the awesomeness that is the Buzz.

I love coming here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I love their steaks, especially the Teriyaki Sirloin! My staple for breakfast is usually the eggs benedict. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. It is a family dining atmosphere with a lounge on the other side of the building. They also do Karaōke in the bar on certain nights of the week!

Poor service. Drinks were suddenly not served due to a personality conflict with the«server». Steaks needed seasoning. Club sandwich lacked meat. Drinks from the bar were made incorrectly. As we finished our meal(with no further visits from our«waitress» as our waters and coffees went unfilled) it was obvious the«waitress» was ready to go home. We were not closing this place down by any means, it wasn’t even 10 o’clock. Good news! Appebee’s is just up the road from this hole, and they are happy to serve you. They even have wait staff that has the mental capability to take over a table if another server clocks out part way through the service.
