Attention to detail. minus one
Customer service… minus one
Helpful…minus one.
Had an annual service set up. They showed up early. By about two hours… said he was ahead of schedule.
Asked me where the thermostat was. the outside a c unit. And the inside unit.
Twenty minutes later. Shows up. Gives me a bill for $ 100 and says everything is fine.
Former company. not artic… Patriot. Comes to door… puts on clean booties. Reviews and cycles thermostat. Goes to outside unit. Pulls hood. Blows out coils. Puts meters on checks high and low. Goes downstairs. Opens unit. Pulls and checks cycle. Power.
Comes up about an hour later. Takes me around and walks me thru everything.
Gives me two filters. Asks if I have questions. And gives me a bill.
Big difference in standard between former company.
Patriot. And current company. Artic.
So I call artic. Say. Hmmm. I question if work was actually done. Send him back up and have him hook his gauges and show me.
She says. Well if you wanted that done you should have told us.
My expectation. Thought that would be standard. Kinda like being at a restaurant. Do I need to ask the waiter if my drink is empty?
Do I need to ask the HVAC company to actually do there job? I guess with artic you do.
Sure see why there service guy was ahead of schedule. artic has very low standards. And very poor customer service…
Not plugging Patriot. But I will definitely be using them in the future.
And definitely letting the public know

Kyle was on time and had a great attitude despite having to come out after-​hours and work in scorching heat in our attic. He was very knowledgeable and had all the parts in his truck that he needed to get us up and running. Would definitely recommend him!
