In the middle of the night, Austin Cooper of Cooper’s Body Shop responded to my AAA roadside assistance call to dislodge my car from the rocks it had rolled onto. Not only was he professional, pleasant, and reassuring in manner, despite the late hour, Mr. Cooper approached this delicate task in as precise and methodical a way as I have ever seen, deftly using the flatbed of his tow truck to move my car into position and eventually off of the rocks. It was like watching someone conduct an orchestra, he was that much an expert in this task. My car was fine; I was able to drive off and I have him to thank for that. If he and his Dad run their business the way he dealt with my car, they do excellent work.
