I had developed confidence in this business as I live close by and brought both my cars in from time to time – I have an older BMW and I noticed one day there was a slight horn type noise that I thought was a small hole in one of the hoses – I couldn’t find the hole so I brought it in for a check-​out—
I then received a bill for $ 497.00 for an emergency brake repair-​a repair that I in no way wanted or needed-​after a test drive my car’s brakes were totally messed up – they took it back in and fixed that problem-​but soon other problems ensued — my car has never been the same since – a multitude of issues–
The next morning after the bill and service, I wrote a letter outlining my disapproval —to which they did not respond — I then entered into dispute mediation with my credit card company – In dispute mediation they lied and said they never got the letter.
I was a victim of unwanted bad service-​then had to deal with their lies.
This was a sorry state of affairs – when you develop trust in a business and then are mistreated, maligned and bamboozled.

Got my car inspected on short notice (same day!). They were polite, honest, quick, and cheap.
