First experience here, but been with Verizon for 7 years. The experience was great and was helped right away by Jeb who worked fast and efficiently. Good atmosphere in the store allowing for ease of shopping. The process of upgrading my phone was simple due to Jeb’s expertise and Verizon’s software. It’s nice to walk into a store dealing with latest technology and still feel comfortable enough to not want to run out ASAP. If you need to switch carriers or need an upgrade, come to this store instead of doing it online and have a good experience.
