Saw the most recent review and decided to give it a try. I cracked my iPhone 4s face and brought it in to Drew. My phone was fixed and like new in 45 minutes. The price was great at $ 49.95. I’ll def be back if I have any other repairs!

Do not use this business for phone repairs! We waited for two months to have an iPod screen replaced. Each time we called to check on it we were told that it was ‘almost done’. Long story short– it was never repaired and we eventually had to just pick up the same broken product that we dropped off two months earlier. Horrible experience!

Broken screen on a Galaxy S4. Had a ton of trouble with the old management but the new management stepped in and saved the day. Fixed the phone sooner than promised and even did an emergency, after-​hours replacement late Sunday night when the part they had replaced failed after 2 days. Price was the best I found in the area by a significant margin. Extremely happy with how they stood up and made things right. Not many merchants like that left these days.
