Ok, this is going to be quick «not like the service you will receive here». I definitely learned my lesson here and it’s all my fault. I have had problems with this location since I have lived here in Wellington. I have made my complaints to upper management and they will do nothing to improve their service here. Just do yourself a favor and go across the street to papa johns. The only thing we can hope for is this location will closed down. I would go into details but it will do no good. Please stay away from this pizza Hut you are better off killing yourself because you will die a slow death of hunger waiting for your order.

The worse pizza service, my address won’t show up on their system so they won’t deliver or even bother try. Shame on the company, shame on Wellington because it’s a nice city with very important international people during the horse show circuit and we get treated poorly by pizzerias.

Horrible wait time! I ordered a large pizza, cheese sticks and a garlic dipping sauce. Waited almost 40 minutes for it. Then when I get my order, there’s no cheese sticks or dipping sauce. The guys like well it’s probably going to take another 10 minutes. I opted out and left. Ridiculous! I repeated my order 2x to the guy. The two staff members seemed very overwhelmed. Management needs to get more help.
