The AC is blasting, the Lofty Pilates Studio is AIRY and the breezy ceiling fans are running:) :) :). Balanced Body equipment is found here. The instructors are movement pilates and lifestyle gurus. They are through, challenging, and move the Pilates classes a great pace. Tommy teaches an awesome Sat. morning class got me out of my 9 – 5 computer sitting funk, and Laura also has a super fantastic flow of instruction. Sign up in advance classes close out 3 hours before class begins.
