What is going on at this business? Employees paychecks have bounced for several pay cycles. it was my daughters first job and both of her paychecks never got cleared from the bank. And she got charged several bank fees. I told her to never go back there. What a crooked organization.

For some reason, chain restaurants are now charging just as much as the local places. With that in mind, Leonardo’s is where you should be taking the family to quench your Italian food thirst! The entrees all come with salad, garlic rolls and a side of pasta for around $ 15. The food is cooked to order and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The baked ziti, Alfredo and chicken parm were all on point!

Our service experience was excellent, our waitress offered my daughter the lunch special which was a great savings! 2 slices and a drink $ 5.99. Wings were delicious and the philly cheese steak wasn’t bad for $ 6. This place is a must for a quick bite at the mall.

Lunch special«2 slices and a drink.» We got two slices from the plates of two separate diners. Or so it seemed. When we asked the waitress for two fresh, HOT slices, she insisted they were fine and that she’d have to charge for two more slices. The pizza fresh out of the oven, like samples handed out to shoppers in front of the restaurant, is great. Our waitress kept complaining that she was«slammed» yet found time to argue with us about the measly size of the room temperature slices and the absence of the manager and the timeframe for bringing out new pizza. After promising«10 minutes» twice, 25 minutes later she brought us a hot, fresh slice which was delicious. Staff is young and lacking management supervision. Nonetheless, for a local, convenient pizza place, pretty good.

Skip all the food and go right to dessert!!! The Zepplies are to die for!!! Good service, good pizza, good rolls. The cup of soup was huge and packed a good punch with taste. We did the groupon and will be going back!

Just tries their sample of the meat pie. Really really good — and I would never choose meat pizza but they were passing out samples and i was hungry. Definitely good pizza. Thanks for the tasting.

The only pizza place in Wellington worth eating. Skip the regular pizza and order the Grandma’s pizza, it is very flavorful. The calzone is also very good. They have early bird dinner specials that are a good value, but I haven’t tried them. The staff here is very nice, but can be a little slow. If business picks up it could be a problem, but right now it’s ok if you’re not in a rush.

Let’s get this straight… the food here is EXCELLENT! We had the baked ziti, the Talia’s Chicken Francese and Grandma Pizza which were all very, very good. The problem here is the service. We walked in at around 7pm and had to ask for menus. We witnessed 3 other small parties sit then leave because no one greeted them. Our own waiter was more interested in fighting with another server about his tips than he was about getting our order right or adequately serving us. We asked for meat sauce for the ziti… nope. We asked for linguini for the Francese… nope spaghetti. I had to ask three folks for more water. And when I tried to make constructive suggestions, the blame was placed on the fact that the automated order system was not functioning. I will go back. I may order take out but I will want to eat the food again. There have been several other restaurants in this location that soon failed. Leonardo’s should NOT fail due to the taste and quality of the food BUT they WILL fail if the service does not improve.

Great prices and convenient location, but their food was just OK. I ordered a small cheese pizza and it wasn’t bad but not great either. I also got their zeppoles. Those were a joke. It was just pizza dough fried and almost crust like and they barley had any confectionary sugar. Please don’t even sell those if you’re going to make them like that! I hope you take this review as criticism and I know you recently opened.

Highly enjoyable and recommended! Very reasonable prices with generous servings of yummy goodness! We were out shopping at the Wellington Green Mall and stumbled upon this gem, off the beaten path near one of the major department stores upstairs. They were giving away pizza slices so of course the teenage part of our group ran right over to try it. They were treated with friendliness. Normally I eat at home, what I prepare from scratch, but as it was lunch time(and it smelled amazing!) we decided to stop for lunch as a treat. Attentive, super friendly, very personable is how it started and ended. Clean and typical adorable Italian restaurant. The menu choices are plentiful And the drinks brought quickly. We also were sent out a plate of garlic rolls which were fluffy and not over spiced. Unlike many places, they do not hide behind overuse of garlic ;) When the food came, we were in heaven! Grandma ordered the Grandma Sicilian pizza which could have feed us all. The nearly grown teens ordered the pizza rolls which are enormous! The bread was not too thick and the filing very generous. The highlight for me was the manicotti I ordered. You can tell everything about an Italian place by their pasta. Heaven. Pure and simple heaven for this cheese loving girl! The spices so beautifully done, delicate, balanced and present in its perfection. Yum! The owner took time to chat with us throughout the meal here and there and his family were awesome in their service I cannot recommend them highly enough. They even deliver! If you want authentic pizza that would make a New Yorker cry, or another style because choice is available no matter your preference, this is the place to be. More than a mall pizza joint, this is a full service family run Italian restaurant that is easy on the checkbook and generous in the serving. We had so much food, at least half of it went home for dinner. Thank you to them all for a surprisingly perfect lunch out! I hope you succeed and continue to grow in this location. If you move, we will gladly follow you for our Italian fix :)
