Chedder’s is a family type restaurant specializing in fried chicken which was very good. The fried onion rings were great. Salads were good size for the price but not exceptional. Burgers were average. We were short on time and they were able to speed things up so we got out on time. We did return for a second visit. Both visits were satisfactory.

Called to place a to go order and I was told they stop taking orders after 5:00p.m., I have seen people pick up food several times in the evening in the past. If they do not want to take our money, we will gladly spend it elsewhere. Bu-bye Cheddars

What more can one ask for? Good food, great service and the prices are very fair. The chicken tender portion is huge and very good. It comes with 2 sides. Never once had to ask for any refills.

I wanted to give my mom a break from cooking that day since we were exhausted from accomplishing previous tasks and chores earlier in the day so I decided that we should stop by this Cheddar’s as we had been to the one in Tamarac, FL. a few times in the past couple of years. This place here in Wellington seemed slightly better. They have a very cool salt water aquarium tank in the wall with large cichlid fish; very nice. The food is your standard American fare which is typical of a chain restaurant like Chili’s, Ruby Tuesdays, etc. The food was average to ever so slightly above that but it’s relatively inexpensive and somewhat quick. The young man was a decent enough waiter; nothing special though. If you’re hungry and in the area, give them a try. We had to wait a few minutes to get a table since it was close to 8PM but we didn’t wait too long. I’ll definitely keep returning but remember to not keep your expectations too high.

Ive been to this cheddars many times now. And I haven’t had a bad experience. Still can say that. Cheap food. Cheap drinks including liquor. Nice and friendly hostess and manager. The reason I give them 5 stars is moslty due to our amazing and sweet waiter randy. Hes new but on top of his stuff. Helped alot and was fast and not rushing us which alot of waiters tend to do. He never had us waiting around. Id recommend asking for him when you go there. You will not be disappointed!!! ;) overall had a great time. We will definitely be back soon!!!

We weren’t impressed. The restaurant is beautiful so I gave it two stars but as far as the food it’s a big no. Our food came cold and portions are small for the price. The server forgot about us and it took twenty five minutes to get a drink and he only had us and one other table. I always see this place looks crowded but I’m not sure why the food is just average and nothing creative or unique. We won’t go back.

We went to celebrate a birthday. 10 in our party. Service was great and the food very good. I was surprised at how reasonably priced the selections were.

I just don’t see what the hype is for this place. Once again, service was slow, for was sub-par, pricing we high for what you get.

First time here. Having lunch. Not packed so we are seated right away. Had heard the food is cheap and there’s a lot of it. This part is true. Pretty decent menu to choose from. The soup is good not great. Had the club and was pretty good. Husband had Caesar salad, too much dressing, monte Cristo and was ok, and potato soup, which was a bit bland. Service is ok. Drank all my iced tea and never got a refill. Staff is a bit mia, but very nice. Would I come back… maybe, but wouldn’t be my first choice. The place is packed at night and really packed on the weekends. Cheap and plentiful if that’s what you want.

My first visit I was served cold, raw pork. Actually uncooked, but they just opened so honest mistake. My option on my second visit would be summed up saying its Denny’s food in a nice atmosphere. The food is really low quality but it’s reflected in the cheep price. The service was great. The crowd was a mix of Wellington and thug. Overall awful food, won’t be back.

I came here for dinner a few nights ago and I’m totally disappointed in the service. Everything took absurdly long from getting seated to getting our food. we waited 30 minutes to get seated and another 40 minutes for our food after taking our orders. Even getting a refill on my water took 15 to 20 minutes. I would not eat here for dinner since it is definitely a peak time for this restaurant. I ordered the combination top sirloin and shrimp that comes with two additional sides. I chose the broccoli and cheese casserole(outstandingly delicious) and the red beans and rice. I didn’t enjoy the steak it is definitely a very very very cheap steak… chilli’s has better steak Imo. The rice tasted a little stale. I love their french fries and broccoli and cheese casserole. Not a fan of their steak and rice. I think this place is good for lunch only. Don’t recommend for dinner what so ever.

The comfort food is really reasonably priced. Chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes under $ 10. The cocktails $ 6.50 and under. Our server in the back section was really good. Only lost sight of us for about 15 minutes toward the end, but it wasn’t something that bothered me. The only reason I give 4* instead of 5* is because the mildew dank smell probably from the old rags they use to wipe the tables. It reminded me of that Applebee’s on Okeechobee or the Outback in Village Shopping Center that closed after the hurricanes. That smell just doesn’t work in a restaurant. Fix that, and this place is as good as it can get for the price. Really good value.

I came here on a rainy day for a quick bite and a drink. I was especially pleased by the service and the food. I started with a basket of their amazing croissants. I have NEVER tasted a croissant quite like this one. It was glazed over with a syrup that tasted like Condensed milk but later on I learned it was honey and butter. The order came with three and I ate two and really wanted to have the third but had to share with my cousin. We also had a basket of chicken fingers, Cole slaw and french fries. The chicken fingers were HUGE they looked like fish and tasted delicious. The Cole slaw was also to die for. It was fresh cold and tasty. I also tried the PAINKILLER which was a drink that they specialize in. The rim was garnished with toasted coconut and the drink itself was creamy hut you could taste the rum. It was sweet but crept up on you, I wanted to have more but it was so large I got full from drinking it and enjoying those croissants. The ambience is casual, I sat at the bar but they also offer dine-in seating. The waitress that served us was quite helpful and pleasant. The place was clean and they played good music. There was a mixture of age groups in the establishment. There was ample parking and seems easy to get to there’s a lot of shopping surrounding. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the waitress accidentally charged my card for our meal and the people who sat near us. She said she made a mistake and swiped my card twice but promised me that it would fall off. I haven’t checked my card yet but will check later today to make sure I was credited for the meal that wasn’t ours. I definitely enjoyed and I’m still raving about the croissants, I have to have them again! If you’re in Florida, this is a must try.

I don’t often write about my restaurant experiences, however this is our second time here in a week. Anway, we were greeted with a very welcome and friendly hostess who greeted us and sat us inmediately. The menu is diverse yet filled with familiar comfort foods ranging from health conscious salads to chicken and waffles, and my personal favorite, Philly Cheese Steak sandwich which is a must try! Our server tonight, Alex M, made some very good drink recommendations, and was very prompt, addressing our detail specific preparation requests and never skipped a beat. The food was excellent, and we will definitely make this our go to local establishment the next time we are out on the town looking for a good, and very affordable meal in a very clean environment. (P.S. The manager was so committed to the cleanliness the and guest experience that I noticed her with a flashlight checking under the tables to ensure the bus staff cleaned and reset the tables for the next days service. I’ve never seen that, and the place looked uniform and spotless.)

The bacon wasn’t cooked, the waiter was anxious and was staring at us when he took other people’s orders. They didn’t take the ham off of my sandwich, everything sucks there.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Friendly greeting from the hostess station and we were quickly seated. The décor is dark and similar to other popular chain restaurants serving American fare. It was several minutes before we were greeted by our server. A tad too long but she redeemed herself by her smile and attentiveness throughout the rest of the meal. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Pecan Salad, minus the pecans, cheese with oil and vinegar. So basically a boring grilled chicken salad, I know. Food was served quickly. The chicken was moist and a good portion with generous iceberg lettuce. The tomatoes were more of a garnish on the edge of the plate. The meal served its purpose of a light lunch.

Ok… My family and I recently ate here again, giving the restaurant another chance. The last time we came here was well over a year ago and at that time the service was extremely lacking! When we arrived on our last visit we were sat in a booth towards the far side of the restaurant; there were several other tables seated in the area as well. We sat and sat and sat… watching at least 2 servers walk by us… one even stopped at 2 of the table directly next to and across from ours, yet neither one of them bothered to stop at our table or say that they would be right with us. Eventually(after about 10min.) we got up and left. I spoke to the manager on the way out and he gave me his card, but the way were treated it didn’t much matter. We recently tried the restaurant again last Sunday. This time the service was certainly an improvement… someone actually came up to us and said hello! Everything was taken care of in a timely matter and our food came out quickly. Our server was super nice and even complimented our kids on their manners. I think that we will be back based on this experience, hopefully they can keep it up!

Comfort food. Best baby back ribs in town. Slide off the bone. Burgers are big and you can eat cheap here that’s why always crowded, but they turn around fast. The frozen margarita is enough for two, and recommend that unless you’re a big drinker. Staff is friendly and place is clean. Kind of our go-to place for a quick cheap meal.

Not my first time here but this wasn’t the best experience. Our waitress was pleasant and was able to give us advice on what to order. Our drinks had a weird taste and I had to ask for something else. We ordered the Triple Threat appetizer and that was good and the Honey Buttered Croissants were out of this world as always. They changed up the menu a bit since the last time I came here and they took off my favorite, Grown Up Grilled Cheese so I ordered Grilled Chicken Alfredo and it was soooooo bland. Like no taste at all, I ended up just giving that back. My cousins ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and Buffalo Chicken Wrap and they liked their food.
