I purchased a Groupon as a surprise/gift when this store first listed it online, since my husband’s bike needed a tune up & a little TLC. A little background about my husband… He’s an 8 year Army veteran(as am I) but he has PTSD, and has been wanting &NEEDING, really to ride his bike. So today we finally had the time — he’s been talking about how perfect the weather has been and I just know he needs to get out for a ride. It’s an outlet for him, as he suffers from severe anxiety. He goes to the store to have someone check out his bike & it turns out that he needs an additional part to fix it which will cost $ 80+tax. My husband does not work, he’s a full-time student, so NO, he can’t really afford $ 80 for a cassette. That being said, he put his broken bike back together and rode to Wheels of Wellington, where the cassette costs a mere $ 20. I think a reassessment of prices is in order, unless you enjoy getting ripped off!
