Pinnacle Real Estate

This is the third house that we have purchased with Elaine Bannigan’s help; two of them after Elaine founded Pinnacle Real Estate.
Elaine is an honest realtor. E.g. we found one home that we really liked. Elaine went through the house with us, and then when we were outside, gave us several specific reasons as to why the house was not a «good investment». We liked the house, and without her insight, we might have made an offer on the home. Had we bought that home, she could have saved herself a lot of time in showing us several additional homes until we eventually bought one. All in all, we needed to ask her for information on houses in nine different communities. Each time we asked her for her opinion of a particular listing, Elaine either helped us herself, or called upon a community expert in her office
Why we keep coming back to Elaine?
Elaine understands what we’re looking for in a home and she understands the real estate marketplace. She has put together an amazing staff of realtors that are truly experts in their marketplaces. The 2013 real estate market was hot in the towns that were of interest. That did not mean that we wanted to overpay. Elaine, and her associate Lisa Curlett, found us a home we liked at a reasonable price. They then worked hard for us throughout the negotiations.
In our recent transaction we worked with both Elaine and Lisa. Lisa spent many days with us going through houses. Both realtors made themselves available to us whenever we asked for their help.
Since purchasing our house, Elaine and Lisa have kept in touch with us often to see how everything is going. This past weekend, Elaine stopped by and gave us some recommendations on upgrades to increase the value of our home.
