Several years ago they helped me design my wife’s engagement ring and actually took the time to explain what all of the clarity, color codes and certifications meant which made me feel much more comfortable with the entire process. We went back for both of our wedding bands and I’ve since bought a pair of diamond earrings. They’ve been great with every purchase. I’ve cross checked the prices and they’re seem very fair for the quality. Excellent customer service and integrity. I’d highly recommend this local business.

Lovely pieces of really unique jewelry that you won’t find anywhere else. Service is wonderful and you feel very welcomed coming in and browsing. Would definitely recommend for custom and interesting pieces of jewelry!

my fiancé bought my engagement ring here and it’s absolutely beautiful! he came to the shop numerous times and met with the owner who spent a lot of time assisting him on picking out different aspects/​details of the ring. From what I hear the shop is super cute and everyone was very helpful. We are excited to go back and pick out our wedding bands!

I recently went to Joel Bagnal Goldsmith & Jewelers in Wellesley to have some old jewelery repaired. I had heard great things from a number of people so I thought I would make the trip. I was overwhelemed with the service and how great my pieces came out. I was inspired by the custom work they’ve created in the store, I’m now having a diamond pendant created from the design we worked on together to create. I love the team and would never go anywhere else. Thank you!
