As I get older, I find that I really need regular massages. Ilene is an excellent massage therapist, not only because of her strong hands but because of her deep knowledge and empathy. She has helped me recover from rotator cuff surgery and plantar fasciitis, among other recent physical discomforts. I feel relaxed and restored after a session on her table.

Ilene gives amazing massages. I have been a client for many years. She has an excellent understanding of the different muscles and has also given me valuable advice regarding minor sports injuries. She was especially helpful with my rehabilitation from rotator cuff surgery. I trust her completely and highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed!

I came here to ease a sharp shoulder pain I was having, on the recommendation of my wife. The office is located near the Linden Store in Wellesley. The office was clean and professional with free parking. The massage room was well appointed and calming.
Ilene is a skilled and knowledgable massage therapist. She focused mostly on my neck and shoulders, as part of a full body massage. She has both a gentle touch as well as the strength to really get down into my muscles for a deep massage.
Her therapy seemed to help with the pain I was having. I came back a couple of times for continuing massage therapy and my shoulder is fine!
