I was in to see Dr. Davidson about repairing scars on my spine, not your typical boobs or botox. He couldn’t have been less interested in my case. He was dismissive towards me, rude, and condescending. He told me he «couldn’t make me happy and wouldn’t treat me», this after me being referred from my dermatologist in Foxboro. I was on time to my appointment and had to wait over a half hour in the exam room before he even showed up to see me. And this was 45 mins after my supposed appointment time.

I can’t say enough about this man! Dr. Davidson has a private practice in Wellesley, but also works out of Tufts Medical Center in Boston. This is where he has been treating me for 3 years now. After getting off my fat ass and losing a lot of weight, I was left with some skin that needed to be removed… otherwise, I was a «hott mess»… I met with Dr. Davidson upon recommendation from my nutritionist at Tufts Medical. Although I felt awkward seeing a plastic surgeon(ever watch Dr. 90210? so not«me»…) he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. He answered all of my questions, and I was happy to find out that he almost ‘specializes’ in reconstructive surgery for people who have lost a significant amount of weight. In 2007 I had an abdominoplasty(tummy tuck) and a bracchioplasty(upper arm lift). I just went back to him in February for my third and final surgery. He is, if nothing, a perfectionist. I couldn’t be happier, and would(and have) recommend him to anyone looking to have anything done. Also, Dr. D does not charge for a consultation fee. This is rare, as most surgeons charge around $ 500.00, and this doesn’t even«come off» your bill even if you go through with the procedure. Total BS. For recovery, he even hooked me up with a suite at the Double Tree directly across the street from Tufts, as it was über-expensive to stay in the hospital overnight. Much more comfy with a mini-bar and room service!
