I wish they would hire a receptionist! The last 2 times I have gone to the Wellesley location, no one was at the front desk to help me. I left the last time without purchasing my $ 100+ cream. I like their services and reasonable prices but I can’t deal with their unreliability any more.

I saw Jill last week. She was really really great. She talked me through everything profusely and gave me candid advice for future visits. I only went to the Wellesley location because it was more convenient given its location to a new job. I’m actually glad I did because Jill was so friendly and very prompt. The whole experience was very convenient.
