I guess it’s been longer than I thought since visiting Wellborn. The City of College Station calls it South College Station now. The Federal Govt still considers it to be Wellborn, Texas. Here is it’s Post Office with photos; So yeah it’s a shopping center that says Est 2010. Had never seen it until recently until some wild goose chase(well, black sheep chase). Has a Chevron station that had better gas prices than in College Station, something called Game Time Pizza which I had never heard of before, an open space for lease, and a C-Store called Max Express that says they have tacos. Wasn’t hungry. Needed gas. Bought gas, newish pumps work great. Will have to go back to check out the tacos in the Max Express.
