Customer service seems to be lacking. I come in here often because it is close to work and school, and the ladies behind the counter hardly ever smile as if they are miserable. Every once in a while my order is wrong but I usually don’t say anything because for one I’m not picky, and two, I usually get everything Hahaha. They screw up on the dressings. It might be because I don’t say what I want loud enough or something or maybe they just forget. I don’t really know. The ingredients though are usually fresh, and the place every time I have gone inside is clean, I will give them that much. 3 stars.

One of the most surly subway employees I’ve ever met.
Got even worse when I tried Apple Pay and they did not know what to do. Had to reboot card reader.

They served us stale bread, put in the wrong veggies and it wasn’t exactly service with a smile. The two girls on staff seemed indifferent and borderlining on rude.
To top it all, they have a «People love us on Unilocal» sticker.

Stopped here on the way back up to college on our 14hour road trip. The food was fine but the girl serving us had an attitude problem and responded with «I have no idea» when we asked if the ranch dressing was gluten free (my dad is celiac). She seemed annoyed that she had to make us salads and was condescending and just bitchy. Overall, very rude. Your job is a majority customer service and it’s not that difficult to be polite and friendly. The other staff were great as far as I could tell.

Really friendly staff. Top notch as far as subways go. One of my favorite things about subways has always been their private 1 occupant shitters. This subway’s shitter has a urinal next to a bathroom stall inside. I like to shit in peace. Fortunately however, no one came in. It felt a little rushed though. A great subway other than that

Fast friendly service, helping out the Weed economy after the fire. Typical Subway, nothing to write home about. Service was fast, food was fresh. It’s a huge building with plenty if seating. Nice and clean.

Super busy place, bad customer service, and they do not carry gluten free bread. The employees had a hard time understanding a custom order for a children’s meal and were not remotely friendly. On whole, I was overly dissatisfied with my experience here.

My Dad and I have eaten here several times. We prefer this Subway, out of the two in Weed because its closer to where we shop.
True what other reviewers say– it is big! lol. The biggest one I have been to. Its basically its own building.
I saw another review here that talked about flies? I never saw any flies in here. It always looked and smelled clean in here to me. Our orders are always correct in this place, and the bread and other ingredients taste fresh. Service is friendly.
Its one of my favorites in this area.

By far one of the largest and cleanest Subway restaurants I’ve been in, the owner/​manager certainly takes pride in keeping his franchise clean and welcoming. With plenty of parking outside and ample seating inside, this Subway serves up your favorite $ 5 footlong and other sandwiches efficiently and with a smile.
