The Vitamin Shoppe

I cannot complement enough how helpful the staff is at this location. Not only do they know where items are located but they know about the items themselves. They also remember customers and get feedback from them. They’re highly courteous and kind. If you need vitamins and supplements this is the place to go.

Ugh. This place. It’s hard to avoid now that they’ve put almost all of the crazy little mom and pop places out of business. They have some good products but their selection seems to shrink all the time. I feel bad because they invariably have nice, well-​trained staff but I still have to slam the customer service because of corporate policies that seem completely out of their hands. They can’t hold anything behind the counter for more than 24 hours. They can’t order anything for you unless you pay in advance with a credit card. That’s even if you’re a member. If you’re not a member, I guess they hold your first born child or something? Anyway. They’ve got some real trust issues. Go to Tri-​Health.

Our car battery just so happen to die as we were shopping there. The manager saw us struggling with the car and came out to help and offered to call anyone we needed. He also gave us a few cold waters on the house to be nice. I already shop here but that kind of customer service will keep me coming back and recommending them. Even if I find a better deal elsewhere, I’m still coming back here to support a business that genuinely cares about their customers.

I never shop here, but I had a difficult-​to-​find item i needed to acquire. Upon entering the store, an employee immediately helped me. It would have taken me an hour to find it otherwise.

Wow. The staff at this location are extremely polite and helpful. The guy who helped me knew exactly what, and where, the products were that I was looking for. I will continue to shop at this location.

Decent deals. I come here for per-​workout drinks and creatine.
