Long story short: I broke my phone! Not on purpose though.
However wait time was about 20 mins, and I must say my service was awesome! And the rep lowered my bill by $ 20!!! thank you lord can my bill for 3 phones on my account is ova $ 200.
Any who! I upgraded to the new I phone 6s and it’s easy to use. Love it!

Service is good in store, I am really happy with the customer service. it helps that my service rep has been the same one for the past 4 years… I don’t get carded no need to verify me… she understand me, she know what I need with out asking… love my tmobile rep :) thank you!
