Excellent service whenever I come here. They’re quick abs friendly. They were out of the bistro stuff when I went today but they were quick to offer me a sandwich that was equally delicious and it came out HOT! I will definitely be back!

One year later… still the worse Starbucks.
Can’t my drink right to save their lives. It’s not rocket science, people. Trust me. I’m a former Starbucks barista.
I always have to park and walk in after I’ve gone through the drive thru. I mean, that’s the whole point of the drive thru. So I don’t have to walk in.
Also, super unprofessional behavior. And it’s filthy.

The service at this location is consistently poor. This review is based on multiple visits. Seems to be lacking management, lacking attention to customers, staff constantly busy with stocking and looking busy at something other than at least taking an order so the customer could at least sit and wait. Poor job Starbucks especially at your prices. The staff actually wonder by and ignore people. Including staff commenting under their breath in front of customers when customers are asking why their drink is delayed. Message me if you care who it was. No point to have Baristas with an attitude its the SERVICE industry.
Day 2 same sh** — how about being courteous — thank you? Hello? Shouting across the shop destroying the atmosphere — not apologizing when u mess up an order or make people wait — seriously time to get some new management in here and clean house!

I always take the drive thru and never have any issues, but there is definitely a long line in the mornings around 8! I can’t blame them for being busy because they are in a good location with a lot of work businesses around. I have been here multiple times and they never have messed up my order. I like the food and boxed items, but they seem to run out quickly if you come later in the day.

Super efficient drive-​through. I’ve only had to go inside once. This is a great stop when you’re in need of caffeine — — like I often am during various parts of the day.
They also have cushy chairs that can put one to sleep… not that I have experience.

I ordered a grande chai tea (hot) with soy milk. they were out of soy. however they had coconut milk which was a wonderful substitution. it was taking a while and it wasn’t busy. then they called out my drink order. I came over and immediately they were apologizing. they had run out of coconut milk. one of the managers checked in back to see if maybe there was one back there. success! They found more coconut milk! to make up for all the trouble they upgraded the size of the drink. You guys rock!

This is my flagship Starbucks’s to get my daily fix. Super close to my house, friendly faces, and awesome service make it a must for me to stop in when my java levels are running low. I usually stop by in the afternoons /​late evenings and have the pleasure of ordering with Rebecca. She is super sweet and knows me and what I’ll be ordering. We’re extremely synced! She always makes sure that my drink is made to the exact specs I ask for. On nights when she’s off, the other team members are just as good and make my experience a pleasant one. They spoil me so much that even my fur babies walk away with itty bitty cups of whip cream :) How can I not love this location???
With consistent service and coffee, this location is one of the best!

This place is ALWAYS busy! I must say they get you in and out fairly quickly. Staff is friendly and they seem to get your order correct. I’m not a big caffeine person so I’m usually ordering a juice or smoothie maybe even picking up for the fam when they need their caffeine fix.
I go here for quick casual business meetings or just to chill and work. The internet has been spotty a few times, which waarats the 3 stars. I have sat on the patio several times with my toy poodle with no problems. So bring your pooch.
The kids have ordered pastries and haven’t complained. So I can’t really give a review on those. I don’t really go to Starbucks for the pastries. Kids just usually want to spend your dollas!

This Starbucks is the worst. I’ve been here so many times and always have bad service. There is one girl who is always extremely unfriendly and the management isn’t great either. The coffee is fine, but I’ve had better drinks at the Bay Area location or the one inside Randall’s on Clear Lake City. Unless you’re in a rush, don’t waste your time.

Every time I come here its the same frustration. They are quick to take your order and only 1 person to make them. There are no names on the cups so all the patrons have to guess which order is theirs. I need to find another Starbucks. By far the worst one around.
