I am a Starbucks aholic, and find that 99% of the baristas are cheerful and polite. However, yesterday we found the 1%! Both baristas were rude and not friendly at all. The one at the register never once smiled or said thank you, have a nice day, etc. The one making the drinks was about as «friendly». My friend uses the sugar in the raw, and there was none out. Asked the one at the register and got a shrug. Really? Maybe you need to go refill the service area. There was also no type of creamer containers out. AWFUL customer service. The only reason I give 2 stars is that the drinks were halfway decent. Maybe Starbucks need to send a trainer over to this store for a brush up on basic customer service.

I have no clue how 8 yes 8 orders plus 2 waters and a walk-in remake all ordered after me and then the barista looks at us and says what’s up guys… umm, how about me ordering over 15 minutes ago and still patiently standing here unacknowledged by not 1 of the 3 employees including the person who processed my order duh, don’t look at me like you don’t remember taking my order 15 minutes ago and it’s not odd to you that I’m still standing here as the cups for our order are placed on the back counter as though to be unimportant. This is the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had and our drinks are extremely liquidity for frappuccino’s… well can’t count out my Starbucks Coffee bcz of 1 bad experience but I will know not to visit this location next time I need my Starbucks.

Staff member didn’t know what a tuxedo mocha was. I gave the ingredients but the drink I received was made with no regard to ration and was more syrup flavor than anything.

I like this location. Lots of space for you grab a cup of coffee and hangout. I was surprised to see there are 2 stalls in the ladies restroom. Usually there’s just 1 unisex restroom. It’s very nice and clean. They have tables and chairs outside for you to enjoy the weather.

They were out of my favorite sandwhich after selling it to me. They were great with making me a different one. Tea was good this morning. I still miss the Tazo iced teas.

Ordered 2 ice teas. Simple enough. They came out 1 shade darker than urine. Asked to remake them please per Starbucks policy. They ignored my wife for 25 min. Only when I came in looking mad did they remake the teas. Poor customer service

This is a nice, large Starbucks. I’ve always been pleased with the service and my food and beverages.

I usually come here to use wifi because it is close to my house. That tells you the quality of this Starbucks in a nutshell. This Starbucks is one of those who are too small for their clientele if you don’t like sitting outside. So if you like going to Starbucks to work or for homework, this one might not be the best option. This is why I am taking half a star away. Their drinks are good, like any other Starbucks, nothing out of the ordinary. And that is the reason I am giving it 2 stars. I am taking off an additional 2.5 stars away because I have had their sandwiches 3 times and they have never been fresh. I have had their fruit in a cup twice and it was always bad ! And I have had their bistro boxes twice. Once the cheese was rancid, and the other time the cookies(or crackers, however you might call them ;) were stale. Needless to say I stopped eating their food and only have their drinks. On a positive side, it’s great for the waistline! ;) I have to say, if you go over the bridge to the Starbucks tight next to ULTA across the street from Baybrook mall(just a 2 minute drive) you will find another Starbucks with plenty of space and bigger tables for your books! Did I Also mention it is next to ULTA?! :D

Zero stars!!! I walked in at starbucks at 0858 according to my receipt and I did not received my 3 tall white chocolate mocha and 1 tall double chocolatey chip frap until 0915. There were 3 employees; not one of them thought to warn the customers that one customer ordered 20 drinks. When i paid for my drinks there were 4 people infront of me. HOWEVER, one of them ordered 20 drinks. All I am asking is the common customer service to warn you of a waiting time. The thing that gets me the most is there is two mastrena machine but theres mostly always one barista making the drinks and two cashiers swipping your card to ensure you paid so that you are more than likely not to want to walk out or complain. Even if you complain they still dont care. I have only been to one starbucks(which was in PHOENIXARIZONA) that gave my drink for free because I waited 10min for my drink.

Been here twice both times had two guy baristas who were extremely friendly and talkative. Only bad part was there was never a place to sit in the seating area because people like to set up camp for the entire day.

Okay I’m updating my review. It has been not so up to par the last few visits and today just took the cake. The«new» staff are not really friendly and are super slow. Like molasses. It was moderately busy, but not to an extreme. I am allowed to say this because I have indeed worked for Starbucks before. Like I seriously waited 30 minutes for my drink and there were approximately 8 – 10 people in front of me.

Lots of tables, lots of outlets and lots of space. This place even when busy won’t feel crowded because there is actually space between tables, and I mean ample space not just enough to walk through. Good place to chit chat or study, be on your laptop, etc. Staff seemed ok I didn’t interact with them much except to order. Drink came out quickly though. I normally like the one across the high way at B&N but that one is always packed and crowded whereas this one is not. I will definitely be coming back here more often. EDIT– UPDATE Been here a few more times. Seems like staff changed or something but the staff is not as friendly as it was a couple of months ago or maybe I am just coming at the wrong times. Still a good, spacious location but I guess after having great service, I have noticed a decline in that area with new people.

Ok so it is a Starbucks and I like the location attached to the book store. It can make for a nice place to read a magazine or newspaper and enjoy some coffee. There is free Wi-Fi and plenty of seating both inside and outside. Now to the problem. The staff here is just not friendly or welcoming at all. I have been to a lot of Starbucks and met many friendly helpful baristas. The ones here really take away from the experience. I can handle a snobby barista no problems. The ones here are not snobby just unfriendly and miserable. My drink was made correctly but I have had better. The last time I was here it was not even busy and still bad service.

What can I say– it’s a standard Starbucks. I went through the drive-thru, it was efficient and moved at a good pace. The barista at the window was nice.

The staff were very friendly and the service was very quick! The store wasn’t too crowded! We sat on the couches, which were really comfortable. Very spacious! Definitely enjoyed the Christmas songs which were playing! The store wasn’t noisy at all! I felt like picking up a book and reading, and I rarely like reading: D I ordered the Peppermint Mocha(instead of my usual Caramel Frappuchino). I liked it a lot! Wifi is available and free! Conclusion: One of my favourite Starbucks branches! Too bad I live in a different country -.- But will definitely come back when I visit again!

This is one of the many, many Starbucks in the Houston area but also a Starbucks that seems more spacious than most. The layout is free flowing and uncluttered. Some areas have more«privately located» tables behind partition like walls for studying or reading while some tables are set up for groups. A couch and plush chairs are also to be found for kicking back. The line does not interfere with people entering and exiting and by this avoids the traffic jam effect. This is a well laid out floor plan that I wish all Starbucks had. Baristas are friendly and efficient. They actually converse with you while you wait and double check to make sure your order is correct. When in this area and wanting some Starbucks I recommend stopping in this one.

Stopped by here to get coffee on my way to Kemah with cousins. It was a slow Saturday morning, but the staff got everything out quick and easy. No complaints and they had a great attitude!

They must be training new staff for the upcoming holiday rush. I miss my old baristas. There’s another outlet strip but only in front of the large table by the windows in the larger area across from the counter. They moved the single table by the computer bar to make room for holiday sales. Sad face. That was my Sunday table. [Also I found out I’m battling a barista for Foursquare mayorship of this Sbux. Yes, it is that bad.]
