We just had lunch there, our waiter, John was excellent, polite, professional, and attentive. I got the Aussie dip sandwich which was tender and flavorful. My husband got a filet which was cooked perfectly and tender.

Two stars because our steaks were excellent but the service was not. The drinks were served promptly but our server wasn’t really on the ball. We were there for a birthday and expressed that to our server, two different times. She came back and told the 13 year old why it was his fault he didn’t get birthday ice cream. Not the place to celebrate birthdays(no singing). We spent almost $ 200.00 and will not be returning due to weird and lackluster service.

We love Outback and usually go Aussie style for our steaks. And this Outback takes the cake on friendliness! The hostesses and manager sat us and each greeted us separately. Our waitress was very friendly and even commented and asked about Fitbits. One of us ordered our usual steak and the other tried the crab meat-topped blackened tilapia with the steakhouse Mac and cheese. The tilapia was perfect and tasty with a subtle white wine sauce that made it blend elegantly. The Mac and cheese was hands down the best we’ve had anywhere. With three cheeses and breadcrumbs on top, it was creamy with a slight spice that went perfectly with both of our dishes. Excellent service(ask for Devon) and the perfect food for a relaxing Friday night!

The service was fantastic! but that darned bloomin onion!!! it was raw batter in the center and made me sick, I was there 4−1−16, the steak was ok, but im guessing they use MSG because… well because. ive been to OBSH3 times now and its been close to the same every time. This was my last.

My family and I went to Outback last night for dinner, and it was okay, but nothing to get excited about. It started pretty well. We were sat fast, and greeted by our server Justin, who has the same name as my husband, so we automatically liked him. Drinks came quickly, and we ordered within about 10 – 15 minutes of being sat. Food came out very timely. My husband got the prime rib, and my son got the kids ribs. Both of theirs looked great. I got the filet(medium rare), and you could tell it was definitely overdone just by looking at it. Usually I just eat it, but this one, which was almost medium well, was tough to get through, so I asked to have it switched out. Justin was very accommodating, and got the order sent to the kitchen right away. It then took about 30 – 40 minutes to get the other meal. By this time, I had tried my husband’s prime rib, which was in some desperate need of some salt, and my son’s, which wasn’t half bad. The manager came out to apologize for the wait, and let us know my food was being comped. We thanked her, and continued to wait. When I got the second steak, it was much better! The temp on it was great, and very flavorful. The asparagus though, definitely needed some help. It looked like the poor things had been sitting on the grill forever, as they were wilted and almost black, and some of them didn’t have the butts cut off. We are very appreciative for the great server, and sweet manager. All in all, it wasn’t too bad, but I’m not sure if we will go back.

I usually go to the other location even though this one is closer to my place because I heard bad reviews about it. But then today I decided to give this place a try. And it was beyond a disappointment. We were sitting at the waiting area, when we heard our name called, we came up and turned out it was someone else with similar name(spelled different). We apologized and while we were about to go back and wait, the hosts gave us the stares and talked about us right away. I should’ve come up and talk it out but my friend said just let it go. Then after finally got a table, the server could not be any worse. I think some reviews here mentioned her name already. She acted reluctantly while we ordered. We asked questions about new menu and she acted like we are giving her a difficult time. Then she left and never come back until the check came. I had to mention that she got the wrong order for the table next to me, then the customers questioned their bill, and she did not apologize. They left angrily. I feel sorry for her because I think she was stressed out or something, so I gave her big tips even with the worst service that I just got. And when we were standing up to leave, she just came over, did not even look at us or say goodbye, just walked slowly and grabbed the signed receipt. I am so mad about the staffs and servers here that I do not bother comment about their food. Because even if it’s good I would never walk into such place like this ever again.

Outback has always had a great reputation but I was a little disappointed this time. I ordered the 4 course sirloin meal and it was ok but the steak & sweet potato were tiny. They were also out of the carrot cake at 7:00pm. My husbands ribeye looked great. My strawberry mojito again was just mediocre.

Sad, this had been my favorite steakhouse for many years. Good food, good service and fair pricing for a good steak. Tonight, I was served a luke warm steak and my daughters filet was too dry to eat. The Cesar salad was not as tasty as usual. Oh yeah, the wrong sides were put on the wrong plates. Actually I should be more upset than I am. After many years of good service, it seems like they quit caring … I will not return.

Once again, I had a horrible take out experience. I don’t know why I keep trying to order on line. I placed the order and was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the agreed upon time and proceeded to wait 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. I decided to go in and check on my order. I told the bartender that I had been waiting. He asked my name and then pulled my order from the computer. They had not even started it yet! Had I not gone inside I would have been sitting in my car at the curb side takeaway forever! This is not the first time this has happened! If you cannot manage your online orders, just DON’T offer that service. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food. Horrible!!!

We love this place. The food is always good. And if you sign up for email you get coupons and notices about deals some even free. Great service. But the lights hang above each table are a little too bright and in your face if your tall. We unscrew the bulb, much better that way.

If you are a fan of wings, you must try the wings at Outback. Believe it or not, they are the best wings I think I have ever tasted. Keep in mind, they are never frozen, meaty, and my understanding is, seasoned over several hours. They are extremely tasty. I admit I have not eating at this location in probably 10 years. However, when I go to other Outback’s, I will typically sit in the bar area to avoid the wait times. It is open seating. Tonight(Wednesday), there wasn’t a wait at all but we sat in the bar area anyway. Raymond, our waiter, did a good job. Overall, after a long hiatus, I have become a fan of Outback once again. Oh, and did I mention the wings? Try them. If you found this review useful, funny, or cool, please let me know below. Thanks for reading.

As with other restaurant review, s, let me say I have mixed feelings about a lunch time visit today(27 August) to Outback’s Webster, Texas location. For several weeks I have seen intermittent ads on TV touting Outback’s Steak & Endless Shrimp for $ 15.99. Today I decided to give this offer a try. First, for $ 15.99 you get a 4 oz sirloin steak + endless shrimp. If you want a larger steak, for $ 18.99 you get an 8 oz sirlion and endless shrimp or for $ 22 it’s a 10 oz sirlion & endless shrimp. Want to upgrade to a filet mignon + endless shrimp, get ready to shell out around $ 25. Known for its signature(= expensive) steaks, you ask is the 8 oz sirlion worth the extra $$? Hmmm… not really. Ordered rare, it’s somewhat small and required considerable effort to cut. Soon after the steak was served, it got cold very quickly, telling me it hadost probably been partially pre-cooked, then shoved back again under the broiler. The sirloin showed no grill marks, a further indication it was broiler cooked. The meat was not impressive. As for the Endless Shrimp, one’s options are restricted to only two, good but hardly great choices, breaded and then fried shrimp and a bland tasting un-garlicy garlic butter baked. Both are medium-small sized, 30 – 40 to a pound shrimp if bought in a supermarket. Fans of Outback’s tasty and slightly more exotic coconut fried shrimp will have to order them as an appetiser. In terms of both taste and size, there’s nothing exceptional with the«endless» shrimp being served. One great surprise is the Endless Shrimp offer is, indeed, endless. No holding back on refills. They are also served both quickly and piping hot. If you want shrimp in bulk, this is Nirvana. The shrimp come with at least two types of sauce, the ubiquitous red cocktail sauce and a Sriracha based pale orange«Volcano» sauce. Sad to say the cocktail sauce lacks any type of punch or the taste of horseradish. It’s disappointgly bland. The«Volcano» sauce was surprisingly tasty. My waiter told me some find it spicy hot, but to me I felt only a slight tingle on the back of my tongue. By the end of my meal I polished off near two small ramekins of the Volcano sauce and barely one third of a ramekin of Outback’s bland unassertive cocktail sauce. The Steak & Endless Shrimp offer comes with one side dish. I chose fried potatoes. While small in quantity and size, the potatoes tasted freshly cut, not the near universal frozen kind emcountered inost restaurants. True, the quantity may be small, but the taste is good. While waiting for my main course I was given a small crusty loaf of some type of brown bread with a massive steak knife with which I was expected to scoop butter… or something which resembled butter in apprearance but NOTTASTE… out of another small plastic ramekin. I’m not sure what type of bread was served but the loaf was small, dense and had both the taste and texture of brown sawdust. I was never offered a refill of the bread… and I didn’t ask. The interior of this Outback location is dimly lit, most probably to imitate the low lighting of a typical English or Aussie pub. On the more positive size I was very pleased with the fast, friendly and attentive service of my waiter Austin. He was exceptionally solicitous in refilling my glass of tea and bringing out many«seconds» of Endless Shrimp. The worst experience was the seating of two women and a young boy, perhaps five years old, at a table about twelve feet away. During the time the three were seated there the boy was repeatedly letting out high pitched screams and Unilocal while he squirmed in his seat and played some game on a cell phone. At no time did his presumed mother or her friend say anything to correct his behaviour. Stern disapproving stares across the aisle did nothing to deter his actions or get one of his handlers to correct his behaviour. About halfway through my meal some Outback manager or supervisor came around asking about the food and service. When I told him about the boy’s annoying outbursts, one of which he yelled out as the manager was standing by my table, his response was«This is a family restaurant. It happens.» While obnoxious and noisy children are the exception, I told the manager that when I drop $ 30+ at any restaurant, I have every right to expect a degree of peace and quiet during the meal. In spite of having heard one of the boy’s outbursts, the manager/supervisor not only did nothing but stayed away from my table for the rest of my meal. Obviously Outback and its spineless milquetoast manager have no concern for providing a quiet atmosphere for their customers. In sum, here’s the final review of my Outhouse, er… Outback…experience today: Overall Food Taste: B Overall Food Value: C+ Ambience: C Waitstaff Service(Austin): A Managerial Concern for Noise: F Endless Shrimp Offer: A Will I return to Outback’s Webster, Tx location? Probably not. There are better places for me to drop $ 30+ on a slab of meat.

So me and the hubs decided to have date night so he chose this place. Which of course we haven’t had a bad experience yet. They have a snack menu section which I thought was awesome why get a big blooming onion when you can have it as a snack when on top of that you get the yummy bread and butter. He went on and ordered a steak which thankfully didn’t come with butter which he hates so yay to that… he enjoyed it but it did have a little to much fat to it. I on the other hand ordered the chicken with unlimited shrimp which surprisingly was good because I don’t really care for chicken on the pit and it was a big piece that wasn’t dry with a yummy bbq sause along with broccoli, squash(which I love) and carrots. The shrimp were a decent size with garlic butter that was pretty good and glad they were properly devained(bad experience elsewhere). In all the atmosphere was pleasant the food good and definitely will return.

First time at an outback will be the last. Service is good, food not so. The salad was boring, the sirloin which I asked with blue cheese was overcooked asked MR came out Medium and tough. No melted blue cheese on top of beef. Garlic mash dry and flat, steak was not seasoned as well. Décor very dark sort off dirty and musky. Longhorn Steakhouse a few miles away much better. Eat there two weeks ago beef very flavorful, cooked properly and the salad much better. Go to Longhorn instead folks.

The food and service was okay. The cleanliness of the restaurant was a different story. We sat in the bar area booths and the window sills/blinds and the light shades that hang right above your table had so much dust and gunk on them that it was obvious this restaurant isn’t cleaned regularly. Dining establishments should be Clean in all areas.

On Noverber 16 th we had a great meal at outback. We wanted steak and lobster for our anniversary so we decided to go to OB on bay area blvd. Everyone there are very attentive and cordial. We felt very welcomed. The meal was great and as a personal touch, the manager stopped by our table several times to make sure that we were being taken care of. I highly recommend Outback on bay area blvd. I don’t know who our waitress was but the manager’s name is Jeremy Patterson.

Our waiter, Travis, was OUTSTANDING. He could not have been better. He checked on us often, but not too often where it was annoying. He was friendly and conversational. That is where the good experience ended. We ordered two steaks, and two burgers. It took about 45 minutes to an hour to get the food. The steaks were ok. Both burgers were cold, and the fries that came with them were also cold and hard. After sending them back, it took another forty minutes to get the replacement and at that time, the other meals were finished. We took our burgers to go and ate at home. Overall, it was incredibly slow to get the food and we didn’t all get to eat together. The general manager was no where to be seen but the shift manager and waiter were both attentive and took care of us. It would have been nice for the general manager to visit our table to address the issue.

Pretty decent for a chain! We had a great server that took really good care of us making sure that our drinks were always full and conversed with us. She even ordered me a special plate with all seafood. The crab legs were pretty good, but the shrimp was way overdone and tasted almost like beef jerky. Not that there is anything wrong with beef jerky, but that’s not what shrimp is supposed to taste like. The bread was great and the blooming onion we ordered but did not need was really good too. The drinks we had were ok too, could have used a little bit more booze but we were at a chain so I don’t get my panties in a wad and expect too much.
