I like this shop! They are respectful by listening to you and THEN giving advice. I am tired of walking into a shop and them telling me what I need when they don’t know what I ride, where I ride or how long I ride! When a sales person takes the time to learn about you, you will get a better fit for your cycling needs. Price and brands are important, but fit is the most important and this shop seems to want to make you happy and comfortable (which is different for everyone) so you will come back. This shop is the furthest from my house, but I will make the trip! Thanks MAC 5, I will be back…

Absolutely the friendliest most helpful staff in town. They even offered me coffee and donuts while I waited. More importantly they did not try and push towards an expensive bike, they were far more concerned about getting the size that would make my riding experience better. Literally were willing to spend at least 30 minutes tweaking a bike while not knowing if I would even purchase, and never once making me feel like I had to. I have been to many bike shops and bought many bikes in my life, this by far was the best most sincere staff I have ever encountered. High recommendation for sure!

Very knowledgable staff at Mac 5! It reminds me of the bike shops I grew up around. Nice selection of Cannondale and Scott bikes! It was a pleasure to deal with these folks and check out their bikes. I came home with a new headlight.
