This is in regards to the cypress location. First of the dropped of three machines one of which did not work. Though that had a mechanic come out and fix it we were still charged for that day rental. When we turned in the ATV’s we cleaned the exterior and failed to clean the undercarriage, which was caked with mud. Overall, the charge us $ 175 a vehicle to pressure wash the undercarriage of the ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE. In their notes they put it took «several Hours» to clean. They didn’t even itemize it and said the had a mechanic clean the vehicle and his rate is $ 99 an hr. This is ridiculous. Overall, the charged over $ 500 worth of cleaning fees because of mud
